Beautiful home in lovely St John. It was a short but wonderful trip, & the home was a perfect resting place. Much appreciated. Just as pictured & close to all the places you’d want to check out nearby. Definitely recommend. Hopefully we get a chance to visit again. It’s well worth it

Great place to stay, clean and in a great location, Rose checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good, Rose is a great host.

This was our second time staying at Jim and Michelle's home at Christmas time. It is beautifully decorated for the holidays. Even Including a present for us under the tree. They are fabulous hosts responding to our questions and requests immediately. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown. The home is pristine.

Had a great 2 nights at the place. There were 3 adults 2 children and our dog and we all were comfortable. This is a very old downtown home so certain things are there like a few cracks in the paint, slanted doorways and whatnot but that honestly just added to the charm of the place for us. Bedrooms are upstairs and there is a nice living area and well appointed kitchen. Really appreciated the fully fenced backyard so the dog could get out and move around. Check-in was easy with a keyed door pad and checkout was easy and didn't include a bunch rules you sometimes see that add stress to the end of a stay. Loved the place and wouldn't hesitate to book again next time we're looking for a place with a group. Thanks!

My group and I's stay at The Captain was good, it was extremely clean and in a fantastic location downtown, close to some of the best shopping locations in St Johns. I was surprised by how spacious the house actually was, given that the houses in downtown St Johns tend to be generally small. The only major downside to our stay was that we didn't have working electricity in half the house and only a handful of the outlets actually worked. This did impact our stay quite a lot, with not being able to charge our phones and other electronics in the bedrooms. We only found out when we arrived and experienced it first hand at the house. Emily did apologize, saying that she tried to send a message about it but it didn't send. She left us two battery powered lamps and offered to bring more by, and additionally refunded us 30 dollars for the electricity issue. She was very quick to respond. The wi-fi was also extremely spotty and only worked about half the time. Overall we did enjoy our stay!

We have had multiple crews stay here over the last few months, this is an amazing prosperity. we have every intention is being a repeat customer! we have also stayed at other prosperity hosted by Gordon, he goes above and beyond for is guests! i can not recommend this prosperity and host enough!

Great place!! It’s a home with fantastic character!! Lots of room, beds were comfy! Super clean. Close to downtown and we were able to walk to yellow belly for supper no problem! Great location.

We spent four nights in Karla's home and we really loved it! The house is really nice and is fully stocked with anything you might need, the location is perfect (lots of greenery outside and privacy yet walking distance to Quidi Vidi and downtown), the beds were very comfortable, check in was very easy and Karla was a very kind and helpful host.

Lovely home that fit our big crew! Heads up for future renters, read the instructions for heat pump if not familiar. First night was cold but second night was great!

I absolutely loved staying here so much that it’s my second time staying here now and I absolutely will again!! Such a great location and it feels very homey!

I've enjoyed all of my Air BnB experiences, but this one was exceptional. Brandon was there to greet me and provide instructions. Communication was excellent throughout my stay. There was no internet/TV on Friday, with a concern that it might not be available until Monday. Brandon was on the issue right away and the service was restored Saturday. Wanted to mention this as an example of how much he cares about guests and that he will do everything to ensure your stay is worthwhile. This place has my highest recommendation and I will not hestiate to see if its available for my next trip.

Our stay was just what we were looking for ,home away from home, perfect for 2 couples in downtown St John’s. It was within 5 minutes walk of our venue, (Mary Brown Centre)restaurants and bars. The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals. The bed was very comfortable, each couple had their own bathroom. There are 3 levels and a patio on each level. A beautifully decorate space. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. We will definitely stay here again when we visit St Johns !! 10/10

A cute home to snuggle into on the misty, grey days we were there. Clean and cozy. We were only there for 36 hours or so, but would have enjoyed staying longer and have more time exploring the shores. Unfortunately it wasn't in the cards this time around. Thanks you and until next time!

I have stayed at this home for a while now and I can say it’s great. It’s close to the airport for visitors coming. It has great surroundings. I would recommend to anyone coming to the area to reach out to the host and book this home. Thanks Josh.

The Airbnb was clean and exactly like the pictures. Heather is a great host, super helpful and responsive. The only thing is that it seems there is a fair use of cannabis in the area and you could often smell it when in the kitchen and porch. Was not a deal breaker for us but may be for others who have a sensitivity! Overall a great place and would stay there again!

Adam was such a great host who went above and beyond for me and my daughter who had a birthday celebration at his awesome place. He wasn’t completely ready to host but wanted her to have a great birthday so they went above and beyond to make it work and to give her the best place to have her celebration. Adam’s place was amazing and in a great location as it was close to everything, even a beautiful park where there is so much to do from walking beautiful trails to swimming and a big playground. When coming into Adam’s place there was such beautiful furniture and paintings and an open kitchen where so much natural sunlight shines in. Downstairs was the den which had such a cool pool table and then the best part a sauna and a beautiful big pool that at one part was 9 feet deep!! Everything was there to your fingertips and if you needed Adam he was just a phone or txt away to answer any questions. We had the best time and I’m so glad we lucked in to getting this beautiful home.

Absolutely amazing stay and would 100% recommend to anyone! You won’t find a place like this, the backyard was stunning.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighbourhood. It is an older home and has a lot of character. Although some spaces were showing their age, the house was squeaky clean and the decor was very modern. The hot tub was clean, and worked perfectly, although there were a lot of leaves on the walkway and deck. There is parking for three vehicles, although the driveway also had a lot of leaves. There were ample towels, dishes and cookware. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very friendly. Checking in and out was extremely easy. This is a very pet friendly home with many extras for dogs and cats. The only small complaint we had was the lack of living room space upstairs. While the downstairs rec room was nice and cozy, it was very dark. it would have been nice to have a couch upstairs instead of the existing large table. We would highly recommend this property.

Second time staying at Brian’s and definitely won’t be my last! I had a lovely stay it’s so quiet and peaceful there but still not far from work or shops, definitely recommend!

Great host and location - would highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway at a well stocked airbnb with lots of activities around and inside the house! Megan was also very helpful and responsive for any questions that we had. We had a wonderful experience!
