Second time staying at Leticia's place. Very convenient to the area, everything went well with the stay and everything was as expected. I'd happily visit again.

The space was nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to Seattle. The apartment is located within a few blocks to the space needle, and within minutes walking distance to different bus stops. Entering the building and access to the studio was easy. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. A very convienent location. The bed was comfortable and having a full sized fridge was convienent. The rooftop area is also a great area to hang and chill, and we got breathtaking views of the water and space needle. We took lots of pictures! I will say that there are some homeless people loitering outside of the apartment building. Also, on one night our neighbor was having a loud crash out/breakdown at 2AM and we couldn’t get sleep. This is not the host’s fault however, and we still had a wonderful stay.

Very nice and cozy home I’d recommend it to anybody who wants to stay in the Seattle area. The bed is Hella comfortable if you have a bad back that bed is perfect for you in the center near downtown all the local attractions and restaurants just minutes away. Definitely recommend this day.

Claire was a fantastic host in our visit to Seattle! The place was clean and in a good neighborhood. Would stay again if in the area!

The location was very close to the light rail which made it easy to get back-and-forth from downtown. We couldn’t find linens at first and message Lauren and she responded to us very quickly and gave us access to the linens for the pullout couch. The area was very nice and quiet and easy to locate.

Had a great stay while visiting friends and family for the month. Felt right at home and fast responses from Rob and Kaylee. Thanks for making the trip enjoyable!

Wonderful all around! Great location, very responsive host, very clean and comfortable, within a minute from a delicious bakery - would definitely stay here again when traveling to Seattle!

The center of the universe was exactly as expected. We had a group of 5 adults. Lots to walk to and easy, laid back vibes with an awesome host. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night. Farhad was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. We hope to be back sooner than later.

I celebrated my 30th birthday here and they made the whole experience unforgettable! This place has all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay , the whole venue is beautiful & theres the coolest outdoor covered areas youll ever see . If you love the 70s this is the place for you ! But even if youre a futurist youll adore this airbnb ! 10/10 would stay again
