High ceilings for a daylight basement, if you are under 6'9" you are good to go. Huge windows that face the south and east. You can actually see a small section of the cascades range from the living room window. New, functional kitchen space has been totally redesigned. Bathroom has also been completely redone. Modern tiled shower/bath with a european style shower rod. Comes with your own outdoor space, gas grill, table and chairs. Street parking is always available, no zones to deal with. The address scores a walkability rating of 88 'Very Walkable" on Walkscore, with bus routes 2, 8, 48 and 84 less than .2 miles away. This is a gem of an apartment, blocks from capitol hill yet nice and quiet. Our cats love visiting if you're into that. Lots more photos. The house sits on a quiet street, right on the edge of the all action. Find coffee shops, bars, and restaurants within blocks. Capitol Hill is also just a quick 15-minute walk away from the property. You can always find a parking spot right out front. There are no parking restrictions on our street. Uber is also very convenient in our area, with pick up times often less than two minutes.
