Ashley’s Place was a wonderful experience! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the couch was cozy, and the restroom was spotless. I really appreciated how often Ashley and her co-host Benjamin checked in with me; it made me feel valued as a guest. The apartment complex also had some great amenities, and parking was a breeze. Ashley made it super easy to find the apartment and park, which I truly appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place. I would definitely book again!

Very clean. Didn’t feel like a basement apartment other than hearing people upstairs walking which is expected. Nice beds and big rooms. Thermostat is upstairs and it did get a little cold but messaged host to ask to turn it up and she responded immediately. Lots of heaters and blankets to help with the cold as well. Would stay here again

I was worried about opening the pool cover, messaged Stan and he went and opened for us within minutes. The kids loved the pool, I liked having the washer and dryer to handle the swimsuits.

My wife and I stayed at Marney's place for 2 months (February and March 2025). We were made to feel very welcome and Marney was very responsive to our needs. The neighborhood was great, the neighbors were friendly, and the location was perfect for our needs: convenient to shopping for food and close to the bottom of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Marney's description of the Sunday get-togethers at her house was accurate, and we did not mind hearing people above us having a good time for a few hours on Sunday afternoons. There are no outside views from this well-lit basement apartment, but a short step outside gives you access to all the views of the Wasatch that you could want. We feel that Marney is a new friend and we look forward to seeing her in the future.

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Oliver was a great host. Responded to all my questions within 30 minutes. Location was perfect and unit was very clean. Quite old but cozy. Highly recommend 😊

I enjoyed staying in Jennifer’s Airbnb. It is thoughtfully organized with everything a traveler might need. As an avid skier, Jennifer’s Airbnb is well-centralized for day trips up to Park City, the Canyons, Deer Valley, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird. I drove to Deer Valley, but it was way too convenient to take the UTA bus up to Solitude, Alta, or Snowbird. It just takes getting familiar with the larger UTA Ski Park & Ride bus service. The "Transit" app for iOS or Android certainly helps. It is all just very convenient! Jennifer clearly put some thought into a handful of personal touches in her Airbnb, and they were appreciated! Thank you, Jennifer!

Jake was super responsive!! Place was perfect for the four of us - definitely could have held more . Great tv for relaxing after skiing !! Super close to the resorts would so stay there next year !! Highly recommend it just don’t book it when I want to go 😜😂

Brandy’s place was great! It was very comfortable and clean. The fenced in backyard was great for my dogs. The place was only about 15-20 minutes from downtown salt lake city for things to do and great restaurants. It was about 30 min to park city for easy access to snowboarding/skiing for the day. Would definitely recommend staying here for a space that’s a little more spacious and easy access for lots to do!

Andy was very helpful and very accommodating. We needed somewhere last minute and he was very quick to respond and get the house ready for us. Beautiful home. Everything you could need and a great location.

The house was the perfect spot to stay during our visit in Salt Lake City, our only wish was that we were staying longer! The neighborhood is quiet and it was easy to get around. My favorite was the backyard, especially at night with the lights and hot tub. I loved the character of the house as well! I would recommend this place to anyone and would come back for sure!

Great place. Good area, quiet and close to a grocery store and restaurants. The house was amazing. The beds were sooo comfortable. The heating worked perfectly and the fireplace was one of my favorite parts. Very clear check-in instructions. Overall loved the place.

This was a great place for our group to stay. It has a nice little stream in the back with ducks. Plenty of space and the sleeping arrangements made it comfortable for everyone.

Arjun is the best host and his place is perfect for a quaint ski vacation, whether it’s for just a couple days or longer. I loved the location and easy walking distance to 2 lifts and anything you’d want in the small town (rentals, food, drinks, etc). The place itself was perfect for what I needed and I liked that it was on the first floor; easy to get to without having to take stairs or an elevator. The condo was clean and fully stocked with cooking ingredients, coffee, and any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack. Only thing I’d suggest is to have a small first aid kit with bandaids/neosporin etc. Other than that, his place has everything you’d ever need! At the end of my stay I accidentally left some cash and hair products at his place inside a drawer 🤦🏻‍♀️ Arjun was so understanding and he promptly sent me everything within a day! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my belongings back, and I am so appreciative!! Thank you again, Arjun - you are the best host!

We had a wonderful stay at Jim’s place! He greeted us in person for pickup, even after a few airport delays late at night and made sure we got in without any issues. He was also super helpful with recommendations! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay. Jennifer was easy to work with and super responsive. It was the perfect downtown location with easy access to food, entertainment, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute place. I loved the open concept, more forced family time with our young adult children. It snowed all week so it was very nice that the ski shop, rental restaurant, shopping and ski lifts were walking distance.

Very convenient to slopes and nice amenities.

Second time staying here - it’s perfect for our needs for a long weekend volleyball tournament at the convention center just a block and half away. Andrew is a responsive and helpful host.

Jennifer’s place was a great location for us. Walkable to some great restaurants and convention center. Unfortunate the elevator was down with 2 young kids but we made it work! Floors and bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better and place needs a good dusting otherwise it was clean. Would recommend anyone staying here to bring their own sound machine! It is very noisy at night as mentioned. Never felt unsafe staying here, but there is quite a bit of homeless population in the area. Overall, we would stay again.
