We had a great time at the Launch Pad. Jonathan was flexible and easy to work with for the month I stayed at the house. I highly recommend staying here if you’re coming for any school at NAS. It was easy to get to base and an easy walk downtown to bars and restaurants. The view from the rooftop was amazing and the perfect space for your morning coffee or a night cap. I will stay here again.

I really loved the location. It's central to everything and only a few blocks away from my property that I needed to check on. I usually stay at another Airbnb in the area but it wasn't available. I'm glad I found this one. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the hosts, Chris. I mentioned to him that although the place was overall clean, the level of dust in the unit was quite noticeable. Very quiet unit, however, you can hear the neighboring guest if they snore at night. I'd stay here again if it's available the next time I went down to check on things. Good value!

Excellent and relaxing place, safe and calm area. The owners zulma , Janice and Alyssa were great hosts and very attentive to everything I needed, they made my stay very welcoming. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a long term rental in Pensacola

Me & my girlfriend loved our stay here. Cindy was very kind, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space and a good drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. My favorite part was the binder of information and recommendations as well as the gift from Cynthia.

I just wanted to say the places was wonderful and the people that lives in the main house was wonderful people. They were great to my family and we loved the pool n we can’t forget about Mr.Kitty he was very friendly he has a great listening hear thanks for having us until next time

Sabrina was a wonderful host! The place was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. She provided clear, detailed instructions that made it easy to find and check in. The surroundings were peaceful and scenic—such a relaxing getaway. The only thing we missed was a blender, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

The place gave such a comfortable vibe. I rented this place so that I could visit my long distance boyfriend, it’s hard to find a place close enough to him but the location was perfect as it was just a few houses down from his place :). The price made it well worth the convenience. I was very happy with staying there. It was very comfortable and clean and really felt like a home, not a hotel. I’ll definitely be looking at this place again the next time I visit if it’s still available :)

This Airbnb was a great getaway! The place was very clean and felt very homey! The area of this condo is same and I had no worries. 10/10 recommend! The only thing I was looking for was paper towels in the kitchen! But otherwise it was everything described.

Lisa’s condo was AMAZING! So so beautiful. The location is perfect. We love the beach but not really the crowd it brings, & this condo was further from the big rowdy condos and it was so peaceful and quiet! Lisa was SO responsive and kind. We will definitely be staying again!

Amenities worked perfectly fine, location was peaceful, and it was a very short drive to the beach. plenty of space for a family of 4, and although this is a quadplex I did not hear our neighbors! If we ever come to the area again we would definitely stay at one of Gary's places! 😊

This is our second time staying here! It’s so peaceful, clean, beautiful. Constance is an amazing friendly host! We feel right at home when we stay here! Walking distance to the beach, and the pool and hot tub!!!! We we always stay here!

Beth's condo is beautiful! It's exactly as she described. I love how she has her condo decorated. She has good taste! Everything is so well coordinated. I am very particular about my living conditions, and I work hard to make sure we're in a clean place. Well, Beth's condo was immaculate. No clutter. No dust. If you want a nice condo close by the beach, this is the place to stay. I also love that she has an umbrella and chairs for the beach and beach towels. She has everything you need especially in the kitchen. It's a home away from home. We had zero problems!

We had 6 adults.. it was a little small. And I thought we would have access to a fitness room. And the room was a key entry room. And we were not able to access it..
