This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

Beautiful place to stay as a big family. Nothing to complain about. The host was very helpful and responsive, the location in a beautiful and calm area just as described and mentioned in the pictures. Rooms were clean and spotless. Kitchen had all necessary amenities. We can recommend Maria and her beautiful oasis to anyone who’s looking for a fair priced and good located place.

We loved our stay! Orlando was an amazing host, to say the absolute least. He was extremely responsive, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. On top of that, his home perfectly reflected the care and attention he puts into hosting. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. You can really tell he takes pride in making sure his guests feel comfortable and at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was our first vacation in Miami and Gian’s house made it most memorable and enjoyable. He is an amazing and warm host, very responsive and helpful. I would go back to his house every time we are in Miami.

Olena was a wonderful host — super friendly and responsive! The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was such a nice touch. We especially loved the spacious and cozy backyard — perfect for relaxing. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. Even the daybed in the study was more spacious than expected, and the sofa had adjustable backrests, which made it incredibly comfortable — even for sleeping! Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Overall such a fabulous weekend at Nicole’s villa! Yes some of the things other reviewers stated were true. But the overall stay and experience outshined those small comments. Would 10 out of 10 recommend for those looking to stay with family and friends who are really trying to spend time with each other. Easy communication, easy access into the house, very clean and relaxing. Thank you!!!

Miriam was amazing from the moment we booked months prior to our trip. Thankfully, we did not experience any issues throughout our visit that required us to reach out to her, however, she did allow us to push our check-out time significantly without an additional fee which was highly appreciative. As for the resort, I’d say to just be prepared for the additional resort fees and parking fees per day. Also, the elevators were a bit troublesome due to one of the 4 being down, so there were pretty decent wait times. Aside from that, everything was great! I would absolutely book again and I highly recommend. Thank you, Miriam!

Chloe was amazing since the beginning of my reservation. Her place had everything that me and my family needed. I super recommend her airbnb and would love to back in another opportunity in Miami.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed everything about it—the location was perfect, the pool was amazing, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. The hosts were so kind and flexible, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. I’m definitely saving this spot for the next time I visit Miami. Highly recommend!

Val's apartment is exactlh is described. Area is very calm and just residential, but grocery store and restaurants 10-20 minutes walk away. Place is really small, but we knew that and it was fine for family of 4. Has everything you need like little portable stove, fridge, washing machine by request.Clean. Valerie was always in touch and very responsive.Parking is free, which is a big plus. Beach is 5 min away driving, not walkable distance, so you do need a car. We rented on off airport location. Uber about $35 from Miami airport. Checking in is very easy by code. WiFi and AC work well. Very good experience overall, thank you, Val!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

The views of both the ocean and the city with bay was really nice. Great place for people watching. There was mention of construction but it was on the other side so I never heard it. It was peaceful and relaxing. And I love that the balcony doesn’t have to deal with the hot direct sun but has good shade throughout the day.

Great location relative to beach, Aventura Mall and convenient to Hard Rock Stadium.
