If you’re a sports fan, you can walk to both Ravens and Orioles games in ~20 minutes—the property is less than one mile from both stadiums. It’s also right across from the Inner Harbor. Owners live on site in the main home. The apartment is above the garage on Churchill St, accessed from a private gate and courtyard on E. Montgomery St.
