Nice, clean and comfortable. Even the mattresses were great. Great neighborhood. Small tip though, it'd be nice if there's a few hooks/towel rods in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. And a few kitchen towels wouldn't hurt either.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. This is the perfect place to stay in Athens! Great location right off of Milledge, walkable to Five Points, close to campus and downtown. The place looked just like the photos and was perfect for our group.

Everything was amazing. It was clean and cozy with a convenient drive to downtown and Sanford/Foley.

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

We felt at home the moment we walked in! It was just as described, COZY. A short drive to anywhere in the Athens area. Plenty of parking and having 2 balconies was a nice touch. We highly recommend and will be back again!

My daughters and I had an amazing stay at the Music Box! Loved everything about it. The beautiful location along the river surrounded by woods but close to all the things Athens has to offer was perfect. Really enjoyed the nicely renovated space, the comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, the board games and all things music related! We would love to come back again, can’t recommend this place enough. Super helpful and attentive hosts as well! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at Hannah’s place. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you could ask for. She communicated clearly and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a place in Watkinsville because my nephew was getting married in the area. It was the perfect location to get to all the wedding activities and a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. We had everything we needed and local shops and restaurants were close by. Walt was very welcoming and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house is a cute older cottage which has retained its charm but has all the modern amenities you would expect. I would definitely love to stay here when I get a chance to visit my family and friends again.

Great location w large space rooms and walkable to Normaltown. Excellent style of furnishings. Bathrooms appointed well. Washing machine worked great. Parking in driveway, nice linens. Good value for price.

My family and I loved this little cottage! Great location! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Family & pet friendly, but also very close to campus and downtown Athens. We loved the fenced in yard area & we used the grill for dinner. Meagan was friendly & very responsive when we had questions. This was a perfect location for us to tour the UGA campus with our high school aged son. We will definitely be back in the future.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

Our stay was great — such a cozy (and spotless) atmosphere. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout our stay. We ended up extending last-minute and our hosts made it quick and seamless.

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
