Incredibly beautiful surroundings, right on the lake. Private and plenty to do with lake watching, kayaking and walking. The house was spotless, simple, comfortable and welcoming, great for a family of four. The fireplace and windows in the main bedroom were gorgeous. Kara and Serge were very friendly and helpful. We’ll be going again.

Our cottage stay was the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. From kayaking on the nearby lake, hiking scenic trails, to late-night board games and bonfires under the stars, every day was packed with activities we loved. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and fully stocked, making it easy to unwind after an active day. It was a well-spent getaway full of memories. we can’t wait to go back! Thomas and Tom were very accommodating hosts.

Jesse was amazing throughout the whole trip! Prior to the stay, he was very responsive and informative. During our stay, he was always one message away whenever we needed him for something. He also went above and beyond by checking up on us to ensure that we were having a great time. The waterfront cottage was also amazing! The place was extremely beautiful and cozy. The cottage was very clean and it was very spacious. The backyard deck was large with an easily accessible fireplace and hot tub. This cottage also had canoes, kayaks, and lots of board games, which kept us very busy and entertained at all times! Basically, anything you would want or expect from a cottage during the warm seasons was available at this cottage! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway! I would also definitely come back!

Such a gorgeous property and stunning views! The main living area had views from both south and north views of the lake since it is on a point. Stocked with everything we needed. Was a lovely weekend to honour my late uncle with my family. Balsam lake was his favourite spot. We went up the weekend after the huge ice storm so the place was running on a generator, which actually stopped working for a bit but the owners were on top of it as soon as they heard. They were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again in nicer weather! 🙌🙌

Wonderful cottage, in a perfect location. Gorgeous and peaceful lake front, with a bon fire spot overlooking it. Everything was nearly brand new (appliances, large tv, hot tub, bbq) Kayaks were great to use to explore the Lake. Friendly general store 5 mins away. Amazing sunset. Foosball. Don’t hesitate.

We’ve been staying at Jessica’s properties for the past four years and always enjoy our stay. If you have a boat or other water vessel, this place provides a free slip for the duration of your stay which is great! Jessica’s properties are always extremely clean, free of clutter and provide all the necessities and more! The restaurant and general store at the marina (on site) are very convenient. If you do have a boat or rent one on site, be sure to visit Juniper Island! It’s always a fav of ours to visit.
