Habe 3 Wochen in Talats Apartment gewohnt während einer Geschäftsreise nach Atlanta. Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Das Wohngebiet ist ruhig und eignet sich für einen Spaziergang nach der Arbeit. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern - sehr schön eingerichtet, geräumig, gepflegt. Supermärkte, Tankstellen und ein großes Einkaufszentrum sind schnell erreichbar. Talat war total herzlich und freundlich. Er war stets hilfsbereit, hat schnell geantwortet und mir viele Tipps gegeben, was es in der Gegend zu erkunden gibt. Rundum empfehlenswert!

This was our second stay in this unit, though we've stayed at Ponce City market numerous times. We love the loft vibes and there's so much to see and do! We walked everywhere. The Beltline took us to Piedmont Park. We walked to the Botanical Gardens. Tons of restaurants nearby. Just a fantastic weekend getaway.

Small but mighty! This place has a kitchenette as opposed to a full fledge kitchen, however, it completely suited our needs. It reminded me of a European flat — a larger than mini fridge but smaller than you probably have at home, a small stove top but no oven, and a mini dishwasher. Coffee was provided with the Keurig, which we totally enjoyed, and there was an electric kettle that we used for the instant oatmeal we brought. Two small but private bedrooms makes this Airbnb better than a hotel room. The bathroom was small, but nice. The kitchen, dining, and living area was not huge, but it was very well designed to function well and look nice. Linens were well stocked and completely sanitary and comfortable. Beds were decent. Access to the place was easy and convenient. Hosts were top notch with communication, professionalism, and kindness. The location to all things Atlanta was great!

My wife and I stayed here for the week and felt really safe (we are homos and not everywhere is gonna be welcoming). We took the Marta everywhere or walked and this place was a great central location for the botanical gardens, aquarium, Marta, art museum, and food/drink/grocery. The host was super proactive and kind! We will absolutely stay again!

Truly wonderful unit in a great location. The unit itself is spacious and clean. The building has a fabulous gym and rooftop pool - both right down the hall. Easy parking is included but you don't even need your car in this neighborhood - there's lots to do. Most appreciated, for me, is that this is a legit rental. This neighborhood has many units that aren't permitted rentals (so you're advised to sneak in or not mention to anyone that you're there short term- it's uncomfortable!). Not so here - I was met in person by a member of the host's team who showed me all around and remained available for any needs. Great service, great location, great unit!

The stay here was great. What stands out the most is the location. If you want to be able to walk to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, or Georgia World Congress Center this is a terrific location. Also, great kitchen, nice and spacious bathrooms. One of the beds is great, the other just ok and a little hard to get in an out of but nothing I would take off a star for. Communication was good and usually fast. The information on how to get there was just a little confusing, but again nothing to take a star off for. Be aware the free parking is dependent on street parking availability, but it worked out for us. I find places that advertise free parking in downtown locations almost always are depending on street parking, so this is really nothing different than most listings. In short, a few little cons, but the location is so great that overcomes the little cons. Would certainly stay here again.

I was in town for my mom’s surgery and it was very close to her hospital. Ultimately it was very stressful and I needed a quiet space to relax and recharge. This unit was very clean, comfy, and safe. The owner’s instructions were very clear and I really didn’t need to communicate with him. I always appreciate privacy and self check in. Would absolutely book again.

My family and I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning here, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for the kids, offering plenty of room indoors and a large yard where they could run around. My only cons were the lack of TVs in two of the bedrooms and not having enough cooking pans. However, the master bedroom and living room both had televisions, and the overall experience was fantastic. I especially loved the master bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area who is seeking a quiet neighborhood and a relaxing stay.

I stayed at Reo’s beautiful home with my friend and dog, as we were competing at a horse show nearby. The property was perfect for it, it is beautiful, peaceful, well stocked and comfortable. The dog loved the fenced backyard (heads up there are outdoor cats around if your dog is a chaser), and I especially loved morning coffee in the sunroom and the tree filled surroundings. Reo was extremely responsive and helpful and everything was easy, would definitely stay again!

The place was awesome & host communication & responsiveness was great!! The place was super clean and felt like a home. All rooms were comfortable and not staged or thrown together - REALLY felt like home! The fact that every bedroom had a functional tv was impressive - considering a high percentage of the airbnbs do not offer such. May seem like a trivial detail - but we actually look for this. Host obviously put a lot into ensuring all bases are covered and we appreciate that very much. Wonderful place & service - would definitely consider it an honor to stay there again.

My first time staying in an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Desiree’s sky-high condo was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and with breathtaking views. The communication was top-notch; Desiree was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The on-site parking was a huge plus, making it super convenient. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

Sara’s place was perfect for my stay in Atlanta while attending an expo at the convention center. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Best part—it was just a short walk to the show, which made things super convenient. The area felt safe and was close to great restaurants too. Sara was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Atlanta for an event or vacation.

I was in town for a conference at a hotel one block away and appreciated being able to have a kitchen where I could prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe coming and going from the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. Adam's apartment has a nice balcony. I also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, though. They aren't provided.

I enjoyed my stay! It was nothing short of amazing. I had no issues with the apartment! The bed 10/10. The front desk people 10/10. Location…you guessed it, 10/10. Only Think is, there are people that hang around the apartment building, however, they didn’t mess with us at all. We felt safe walking Peachtree st. Close to the train and bus.

Eve was responsive and very friendly. The apt was very close to two MARTA stations & was great for 2 people staying a few days. The enclosed porch was nice to watch a thunder storm.

Appartement très bien situé dans downtonn. Proche de Coca-Cola World, de l’aquarium et de Parc Olympique. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description et aux photos. Il est très propre et bien équipé. Parfait pour deux., il est spacieux. On s’y sent bien.
