One Bedroom, Queen size bed, very comfy. Separate recently renovated Bathroom with Shower, vanity and Toilet, combined living, very comfy lounge, eating area with table. Full kitchen with all utensils. Fully furnished and equipped, 2 Air Con units, one in bedroom and one in living area. Swimming Pool and BBQ, large outdoor area for guests use. The pool and out door area is shared with myself and partner. I have a small dog, Pepper the Poodle. Registered with local WA STRA requirements.

2 minutes walk to Scarborough Beach and restaurants. You’ll love it, a large spacious house with an amazing outdoor living space with the ease of the hop, skip and jump (literally only 300 meters) to the beach and 900m to the Scarborough pool! We have a friendly dog as well.

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).
