amazing place, couldn't ask for a better location, host and facilities

just a fabulous space and a fabulous host. we stayed here for our mini moon and it was truely magical!! Thank you Chris!

Our stay was perfect in every way. Bobby was very welcoming and the property is stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you require. The outdoor space is huge and beautiful- loved exploring the woods and feeding the fish. There are so many toys/games for both inside and outside to keep children entertained. We loved our stay.

Have stayed here many times now, it’s like a home away from home! Wonderfully relaxing and peaceful. I was lucky enough to see some Highland cattle babies on the farm this visit. Booking again soon!

Our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. A home away from home! The cottage is lovely, cosy, and clean with plenty of space as a family of 6 and a dog. Giles was really helpful and we loved all the local recommendations and walks. The location is perfect. Can’t wait to return next year!

A beautifully set up and self contained apartment. Lovely gardens and easy access to the countryside and the city. Being in a cul-de-sac and near the top of the hill also meant it was beautifully quiet and relaxing. The bus service to and from the city was excellent for evenings out and about. Great information pack to get up to speed on the local area and facilities. Cosy living room and great kitchen set up. The hot tub was a bonus to relax after the days spent walking the dog and exploring the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Kate and Andrew were great hosts and super helpful to make our stay easy and stress free. Definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay when in the area, or to use as a base to explore some of South Wales. Lucy and Paul are great hosts.

Lovely converted barn in a cute little village, among the beautiful hills of Devon and close to the nice town of Totnes. The pub next door is an added bonus (dont forget to book). Our toddler really enjoyed roaming around the garden, as well as the toys provided, while we enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. The owners were lovely and really responsive.

This was 10/10 the place was so clean and tidy, could not have any negative feedback from this little break one bit. The kids loved the place was so so cosy and the place was ideal for us and our young family and the dog. We will be back Claire thank you so much for all the efforts !! The cold ciders was ideal for our long journey from London, and the kids loved the brownies. We never been to an air BNB with all the little touches our 3 year old has taken charge of the water bottle. Thank you Claire we will most see your lovely little barn again. Memories are every thing one love 💙

Die Unterlunft war kleiner als erwartet, aber dennoch makellos sauber, mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben darin super geschlafen. Alles da, was man in einer Küche so brauchen könnte… und mit kleinen Willkommensgeschenken… das hat uns sehr gefreut. Der Garten sieht zauberhaft aus. Trotz Hauptstraße ist es nicht zu laut. Sam und Adrian sind entzückend, sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. 100% Empfehlung. 👍🏻

A wonderful spot in south Dorset, central in the Isle of Purbeck and convenient for visiting all the lovely and varied surrounding landscapes. Keith welcomed us warmly and enthusiastically with plenty of trip tips, plus a delicious cream tea and bottle of bubbly to set things off on the right foot. The Little Thatch was very cozy and beautifully restored, much it seems due to Keith's impressive handiwork, and brightened by his arts-and-craft work. We enjoyed mingling with the resident fowl (they seem to love the little pond next to the cottage) and made acquaintance of the peacock and peahen. Plenty of deer also to be seen on the broader site. The location is well off the main road surrounded by woodland at the foot of the Purbeck ridge. It is wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. Can recommend whole-heartedly.

What a beautifully chic place to stay 💫 We loved it. Comfortable furnishings and furniture, lots of light, lovely planting outside, and all you can hear is birdsong. Suzanne was quick to reply and always helpful. We very much hope to come back sometime. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a nice stay on the way back from Cornwall. This was perfect, cute little farm with animals and lots of walks. The sheep were great! The home itself has a great attention to detail and is lovely with a very comfortable bed and perfect accommodation. I only wish we were able to spend more time there to enjoy!

Fantastic stay, Catherine and mark were both very kind, helpful and welcoming, the barn was very clean and tidy, perfect surroundings which were private and peaceful. Catherine also went out of her way to get us a thoughtful welcoming basket. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had such a lovely stay at the barn. The photos really don't do it justice, and I felt like we found a real steal. It was a great base for exploring Glastonbury and ham wall. The beds were comfortable and the house well equipped. We had a small issue with the WiFi and Michelle immediately responded to messages about it and sent someone over to look at it. We asked if we could check out half an hour later and Michelle kindly obliged. I really appreciated her flexibility and how seriously she takes hosting. We hope to stay again

Mary's barn is an unique place, a real AirBnB full of emotion and real vibes in the countryside of Wight. We loved staying there with our daughters, going to the pub through the green fields, sleeping with birds singing and waking up with horses. Mary is a lovely host. The barn is clean and well equipped. Location is something truly amazing. Thanks for that experience.

Carol’s place is very comfortable and luxurious - just as described in the listing. It’s a perfect location within walking distance of all the amenities in the lovely village of Marshfield and close to Bath and Bristol. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place to stay. Stunning beams in the bedroom, very well restored, spotless modern bathroom with infa red sauna and electric shower. Lots of wildlife can be heard at night. Fantastic wood burner with under floor heating downstairs. Easy walk to Exford. Great village shop with all you need and 2 pubs. We drove to Withypool and walked to Tarr Steps which was an 8 mile round trip but a great excursion in glorious late February sunshine. Lovely view from the garden at the pub at Tarr Steps and the food was good too. We love Exmoor as it is an unspoilt gem with so much peace and nature to surround yourself in. Everyone you meet is friendly which also helps. Photos of this place do not do it justice!

We loved staying at Greenlands Barn. the cottage was beautifully laid out and was warm and comfortable, Sarah made sure we had everything we needed. We used it as a base to enjoy the local area and to go on the West Somerset Steam railway. We saw a kingfisher and enjoyed a beautiful paddle up the river in the canoe. This Air b n b is highly recommended and other family members are interested in booking. Thank you Sarah

we had such a lovely stay at Burleyhayes barn. The weather was definitely on our side and we had a wedding to go to. The local villages and pubs were very welcoming, serving decent food. The house is beautiful with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for comfort. well equipped kitchen. In all a great stay

The den was a lovely place to spend the weekend, it was in an ideal location and was incredibly relaxing! We loved our stay, and the host was great.

Lovely homely stay, very comfy beds and sofa, well equipped kitchen and brilliant hot tub! Donna was so welcoming, helpful and responsive if needed. We went on some great days out to Glastonbury and Wookey Hole, plus Tyntesfield. The area was very quiet, the road did not bother us at all and we had an excellent meal at the local pub the Litton, would highly recommend.
