It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Westcliff Penthouse is a rare apartment for its location as not many places have such easy access to Bournemouth beach and pier.
