Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Mid Nov - Mar we have a winter mode as the water can freeze.

Situated on the North Coast 500 route our place is close to the shops, the train station, bus connections, the sea, the park, the golf course and the famous Glenmorangie distillery. A self contained guest suite with your own front door, sitting room/kitchen, within a family home. Bedroom with shower(in bedroom) and the exclusive use of separate toilet. Part of our family home, but separated by a wall and a lockable door. Friendly atmosphere. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Wester Lonemore is a large, south facing cottage. This cottage enjoys a superb setting, with incredible and far-reaching views across the sea to the hills beyond. Large windows drink in the seascape and ever-changing views of skies and sunrises. The country gardens are a real feature of the cottage, attracting many species, including goldfinch, curlews, oyster catchers, osprey and red kite are seen close by. Surrounded by nature.
