A quiet, ground floor studio flat, fully self-contained, affording high levels of privacy & comfort, with freedom to come & go via your own front door at anytime day or night. Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

A stylish apartment located in a sought after conservation area. It is situated only a short walk from Dorking town centre with its independent shops, Michelin starred restaurant and traditional pubs. It has a king-size bed & Smart TV, bathroom with underfloor heating & walk-in shower, kitchen inc cooking facilities, table & sofa. Complimentary breakfast of cereal and juice, coffee and tea. Towels included. Walking distance of local pub/restaurant.

Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.
