Beau Studio, Tout Confort, en Plein Campagne.

Un beau studio de 30m2 totalement indépendant de la propriété avoisinante. Avec une piscine partagée avec la propriétaire. Le studio possède un coin cuisine tout équipée, un coin repas et séjour, une jolie espace de nuit avec un lit de 160cm. La salle de bain est équipée avec un WC, lavabo et une douche italienne. La terrasse privée donne sur des vues dégagées de campagne. La maison du propriétaire est adjacente mais elle reste très discrète voir absente.

Gîte Olive 3* 2p avec spa privé, Périgord Noir

Très joli studio 3* (classé par Etoiles de France en janvier 2021), au calme à la campagne avec un jardin d’1,5 hectare. Parfait pour un séjour nature dans le Périgord Noir, entre Lascaux et Sarlat. Idéal 2 adultes, spa thérapeutique privé ouvert à l'année, extérieur, non couvert, terrasse. La chambre se situant à l'étage, le logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Pigeonnier de caractère au cœur d’une ferme datant de 1795 rénové avec des matériaux anciens. C’est un cocon unique typique du Périgord dans un endroit paisible avec vue sur la campagne. Randonnées, marchés gastronomiques, lieux historiques à quelques minutes tels que Bergerac, Issigeac, Beaumont du Périgord, Monbazillac, Cadouin ainsi que les Châteaux de Lanquais, Bridoire, Biron…
