Magnificent ocean view

Three level villa located in the Dorado del Mar residential area. It is near the ocean with direct access to the beach. It is a very quiet gated community. It has two pools, one of the pool for children. There is a gym and a children playground for the guests. The villa is a three level walkup apartment. There are three rooms, all with a private bathroom. There is an additional bathroom in the living room/dining room area. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living/dining area.

This property was recently retaken from manager, is hosted by Margarita but managed by myself as owner. We are Puertorricans living in Atlanta, and our goal is to offer the comfort and tranquility we look for when we are on vacation. The villa was remodeled and designed with relaxation in mind. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a terrace for enjoying the outdoors and a balcony. The community pool is just 1 minute away, and the beach is about 3 minutes away.
