Being at the center of the BEST town on the peninsula was amazing and we can't wait to share that experience with our guests. If you’re looking for a great get away and you love the water, Sunset Lagoon is perfect! Use the paddle boat or kayaks (included), bring your boat to get out and enjoy the water. Or relax and fish right off the deck! On site private boat launch and docking in a sheltered lagoon connected to Riley’s Bay. When you get back from the beach or fishing, light a fire, roast Smore's or sit on the deck and relax. Put some burgers on the grill and grab a cold one. Enjoy the good life at Sunset Lagoon!

Take a refreshing dip in the lake, cool off in the outdoor shower, listen to the waves, soak in the sunrise from the chairs at the rocky beach, enjoy the hot tub, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, grill up your favorite picnic foods; all while taking in the 100 feet of private lakeshore. Welcome to our Door County Cottage in the heart of historic Sturgeon Bay! Our cozy marina cottage is the best of both worlds. It is located right on the water having its own private dock, yard, and fire pit. It's also close to downtown. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and marinas. Our cottage is an older home that has been extensively renovated with modern appliances. Enjoy watching the boat traffic from the second story deck. Two kayaks are provided or bring your own boat.

Our cottage is situated on the “quiet side” of Door County on the meandering Glidden drive along the Lake Michigan shoreline. The cottage is perched upon a small hill and surrounded by pine trees in a relaxed country setting. Guests have dedicated access to Lake Michigan right across the street. The sand beach provides for an excellent location for kayaking, sunbathing, swimming, and walks. Glidden Cottage is only five miles from Sturgeon Bay.
