The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -Satellite TV -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. The cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

There's space for up to 4 guests in two separated bedrooms, the apartment is located in an 1800s building, carrying a unique blend between Alt-Wien (Old Vienna) and 70s furniture style. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants the apartment is very well connected to other hip areas: in 5 to 10 minutes by tram you can reach the Schottentor station entering the 1st district or the 7th and 8th district with Burggasse and Neubeugasse (very much recommended young neighborhoods with nice shops and bars)

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat meiner Familie gehört, wir sind hier aufgewachsen. Daher sind noch sehr viele, persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung. Man fühlt sich hier, durch die warme und stilvolle Einrichtung richtig wohl, fast zuhause. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Terrassen, die eine im Osten (aufgehende Sonne), die andere im Westen (untergehende Sonne), die ein besonderes Licht zulassen.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. So befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe nur ein paar Meter Supermärkte sowie verscheinde Bäckereien für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung - die Schnellbahn, Straßenbahn sowie die U-Bahn sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum Wiens erreichen Sie in max. 15 Minuten, sowie den Flughafen.

Very bright spacious apartment, located on the sunny side of the building and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)
