Was only a 10 min walk to zip World which was our main reason for the visit. The cottage has other walks around just behind the cottage too. Decent enough rooms and a good sound system for music. Very rustic little cottage worth the visit

My friends and I stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The airbnb is a great size and didn’t feel crapped even with 5 of us - two bathrooms was great. Downstairs feels very communal which was great and we could all sit together in the kitchen whilst cooking etc. Garden was also a little sun trap. Location was also good - we drove short drives to see the sights and having Asda pretty much next door was great as we could just pop out and get food etc. Overall, a lovely spot and stay - highly recommend :)

We stayed at Wendy’s cottage in between 2 days of golf, the second day at Bull Bay, amazing course but sadly not great weather. We were glad to get back to the cosy cottage, home from home, the pictures don’t do it justice. Very peaceful and very comfy, everything was perfect. Will definitely return if back in Anglesey. We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

A fabulous location. Across the road from the bay and we literally walked over in our swimming costumes it was so close! The photos really don’t give you a sense of how spacious the cottage is. It’s a very private space at the back of the building, away from the road. Stunning big lawn so perfect for a family trip. EV charge point was really speedy. Kerry was really attentive to our needs - thank you!

Caroline little cottage was lovely, great location for us (5 mins from zip world) beautiful scenery with walks all around. The cottage facilities was well equipped with a lovely goodies basket. There was no restaurant's nearby but the town had two supermarket and takeaways in the town. We had a great short break here. Thank you . Would definitely book again.

Came to stay at Sean’s to be close to my grandparents so they could meet my young baby. House was perfect, clean, comfy and had everything you need. We stayed with an & month old and my father who has mobility issues which made the en-suite particularly helpful! It’s wonderfully close to the Wirral walk which was a beautiful place to take my baby for an early morning stroll. Will definitely be back next time we visit the family again! Check in was easy and Sean went went out of his way to ensure he’d been in touch and knew all details (despite me being a bit crap at messaging with mum brain!) Thanks so much for having us :)

A perfect house for a Barmouth break. With great instructions we had no problems parking up and arriving at the house. The house was spotless and perfect for our requirements including our dog. The car parking pass for the main car park made life easy, in fact we left it there for the whole stay! It was very easy to walk to the beach, supermarket and the many great places to grab a bite or drink. If you want a train trip then the station is just a 100 metres away. We would definitely return if we come back to Barmouth.

Amazing place would definitely recommend. Would stay again. All details were as described and better. Very nice experience and the pictures in don’t give the place justice very stunning.

Lovely few days at Carla’s place . A great base for visiting North Wales . Very peaceful and relaxing . Accommodation is exactly as described , and very clean and tidy .

We had an amazing time in this stunning house! Would definitely recommend! Our dog loved it too, cosying up by the fire each night after long walks in the countryside. The views are stunning, the decor is stylish and super comfy. We had everything we needed. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay! Thank you!

Had a great couple of days with kids and the dog. The site has lots to do but also plenty to do off site. The beach is beautiful and we got lucky with the weather. We had a perfect sunny day. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely stay, there was a little hiccup but was able to contact Charlotte who responded straight away, and it was resolved. Site had everything we needed, and was situated near to everything we wanted do/see. Would 100% recommend.

A group of 7 walkers, we stayed at Richard’s place when doing two stages of offa’s dyke. Stunning location, very spacious and well stocked house, and plenty of bedrooms. One bedroom with en suite is on one side of house, and the other bedrooms (and one loo, one bathroom, and sauna, with another loo downstairs) are on other side of house. Richard met me on arrival and was incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable, showing me around the house. We had a fantastic evening after a long days walk, sitting in the sun by the pool and later in the snug by the fire. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of parking and a great place for groups of friends or families (esp in summer with the pool). Highly recommend.

We've just got back from 4 nights in the beautiful cabin. Sharon and David were so friendly and helpful, from initially booking all the way through to when we had to sadly say goodbye. The cabin is exactly as described and the views and surrounding areas are magnificent. We had lots of lovely days out exploring the area, but really loved coming back to the cabin and relaxing in the hot tub and soaking in the surroundings. We would love to return and have already recommended to friends and family. Thank you for the warm hospitality and sharing this beautiful part of your home with us.

Fabulous stay at Mountain Studios. Lliwen called to let us know the cottage was ready earlier than we expected which was so kind and allowed us to have just a little longer than we thought in the idyllic surroundings.

Great place to stay. Well equipped and as described. In response to negative comments about house rules. I didn’t find the rules excessive given the fact I would do these at home - cleaning equipment after use and not having shoes in the hallway/bedrooms - there is a large non carpeted areas you can leave shoes on if needed. Loved the little touches of eggs/bread drinks left for us on check in and I’m sure we would stay again. David was responsive to messages.

An amazing place to stay. The lodge was tidy and clean upon arrival. The space was incredible and we loved every minute. Would 100% recommend and will be coming back!

Stayed for 2 nights in March. Gavin messaged to give clear instructions prior to checking in and also what to do on check out day. The cottage was lovely and clean with a games room and animals on site which was a nice touch! It was also a 13minute drive from Rhyl beach, Unfortunately a lot of the shops on the front were closed and they seem to be doing some building work along the beach, however, it was still a really lovely to walk and the weather was good too! There’s also a waterfall and town a few minutes drive away where we stopped to get some food and take in the views. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing, great little getaway for a couple of nights. Very impressed, nice and peaceful, very clean and tidy, hot tub was a great touch along side the view of the mountains, would definitely recommend and stay there again. Many thanks to Kelly.

The hosts were very friendly, gave us good information on the local area when we arrived. The welcome pack they left was much appreciated, toiletries in the bathrooms were a lovely touch! The caravan its self was very clean and very much home from home, with all kitchen basics there ready for you to use. There is a short walk to the local golf club house which served drinks and food, very reasonably priced.
