Great apartment and one of the best Condos in Tilland. Everything is intact and well maintained. Lived for a month, recommend.

This little house by the river is so nice..cosy and comfortable... the surrounding is beautiful and you can only hear the sound of river flows...😁😁 I met the owner and he is a very nice man as well.. Thx pearl.....you've been so helpful and patiently look for driver for me......wish you all the best... 🙏🙏

הבית היה נעים במיוחד, אווה ובעלה ענו לנו מיד על כל שאלה, ועשו מכל ומעבר כדי לעזור לנו. הגענו בראש השנה והבריגה המקומית היתה סגורה, ואווה התאמצה מאוד להציע לנו פתרונות נהדרים אחרים. מי שרוצה לבלות הרבה במרכז העיר זה קצת רחוק אבל לנו זה התאים כי רצינו מנוחה. תודה רבה אווה וגאורג!!

คุ้มค่าเกินราคามาก ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นส่วนตัว ติดลำธาร อาร้านอาหารดีๆทานง่าย ไม่ไกลจากที่พัก ขอติแค่เรื่องเตียงแข็งมากๆค่ะ ถ้ามีท็อปเปอร์หน่อยน่าจะนอนสบายค่ะ

It was amazing and we loved our stay. Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working when we’ve been there but I’m sure they fixed it allready..

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Rita’s Place in the Base-Height Condominium in Chiang Mai is a well-rounded gem. The friendly host is very responsive, and weekly cleaning is reliably done. The building boasts convenient amenities including a 7-Eleven, a coffee shop, and even a delivery room for Grab food orders—all accessible without hassle. Inside, fast internet and a smart TV loaded with Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming apps keep you entertained. The gym is adequate, and the rooftop garden terrace offers pleasant views for relaxation. The location is a standout: it’s much easier to catch a Grab to Nimmanhemin or the Old Town compared to nearby condos (Supalai Monte, Supalai Monte 2, or CPN Escent), as you simply turn left without needing a U-turn or waiting at the congested intersection. Plus, Central Festival is within walking distance. Modern touches like face scan entry, efficient AC, and a Xiaomi air purifier (essential during the burning season) make this a top pick.

a little bit pricey, but worth it with great location. highly recommended with motorcycle. you can go tanin market, tops chotana supermarket and maya in 10 minutes with motorcycle.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sicher, was durch die rund um die Uhr präsenten Security Guards unterstützt wird. Auch die zentrale Lage in, nahe am Flughafen, war für uns ideal. Auf Anfrage haben wir sofort zusätzliche Handtücher bekommen, was den freundlichen Service nochmals unterstreicht. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Komfort, Sicherheit und eine gute Lage schätzen!
