Studio Annexe on the Edge of the Peak District

A bright and airy ground floor annexe, used solely for guests. With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

Cosy Quiet Cottage In Pilsley

A beautiful, refurbished, one bedroomed cottage in a peaceful small village location, just a couple of minutes walk onto the Five Pits Trail and other great walks, yet still in close proximity to local amenities. The perfect place to enjoy a home from home getaway; self check in, full kitchen, glorious large bathroom space with bath and waterfall shower, comfy lounge area with large TV, extremely spacious cosy king bedroom and front and rear enclosed patio areas for your four legged friends!

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. La Roche-Barn with hot tub on the Welbeck estate

If you’re looking for a luxurious country escape, the stunning three-bedroom lovingly converted barn La Roche has it all. Sleeping six, with open plan living, hot tub and a wow-factor a floor-to-ceiling window at the very centre of the property. Located on the historic Welbeck estate, nestled within Sherwood Forest in north Nottinghamshire. Wonderful country walks straight from the door and a great central location for exploring Rufford, Newstead, Clumber, Bolsover Castle and Hardwick Hall.

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Located in a private secluded setting amid wildlife & nature, standing within 3 acres of fields & woodland. Bordering the Teversal Trails network this provides miles of cycling & walking routes surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated centrally between the Derbyshire peak district & Sherwood Forest, close to Hardwick Hall. Good Pubs within Cycling distance or short drive. The Lodge has been purpose built with loving care, giving warmth, rustic appearance to blend in with nature.

The Stable House is a luxuriously converted 2 bedroom cottage in the medieval hamlet of Sookholme. It is very close to Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park, Hardwick Hall, Chatsworth House, historic Edwinstowe and a great number of other local beauty spots. A short drive away from the peak district, it is very private with its own fully fenced, dog friendly garden. A great short break destination surrounded by some beautiful walking and cycling routes including Route 6 and Sherwood Pines.

Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Snug is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Snug has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax.
