Theo's house is delightful, original and very functional in its furnishings, with a super comfortable king size bed and everything you need to feel good: above all a terrace with a breathtaking view and a total privacy. The proximity to the airport brings more advantages than disadvantages, because it is very convenient for those arriving and departing and on the other hand the noise of the planes is not at all problematic as you might think. Theo is a very attentive and extremely kind host, ready to quickly respond to any question and to meet his guests for any need. There are beautiful beaches nearby, some of which can be reached just walking, and Pigadia with all its services is twenty minutes away, so reachable without problems even on a daily basis. We will definitely be back!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anastasia war sehr schön! Da man im „Birdhouse“ am letzten Ende des Grundstücks wohnt, hat man Ruhe und pure Erholung. Der Außenbereich mit der Hängematte und mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten war perfekt zum entspannen. Anastasia und ihr Mann haben uns täglich Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben, welche sehr hilfreich waren. Das Haus ist sehr klein, aber fein. Der einzige, kleine Nachteil ist das doch sehr kleine Bett (mit nur 190 cm Länge), dies hätte im Inserat besser angegeben werden können. Wir empfehlen das Gästehaus jedoch jedem weiter, es war ein gelungener Besuch auf Kos!

This place is paradise. If you want to go, chill out and relax this is the place for you. Set on an unspoilt island with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters it's heaven. There are plenty restaurants to choose from all set with stunning views and fantastic food to cater for all tastes, from just a quick snack or going out for a candle lit dinner. You will need to hire a car to get to these other restaurants. But if you don't want to drive there is a fantastic family friendly restaurant and beach bar very close. The food is fantastic the hosts so relaxed they just make you feel like you are part of the family.. We will definately be going again.

Posto tranquillo, raggiungibile anche con il bus (4 volte al giorno). Piacevole tavolino esterno. Spiaggia e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Host molto gentile: ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca, snack e biscotti all'arrivo ed ha organizzato i trasferimenti sia all'arrivo che alla partenza

Persona Squisita Davvero un bravo ragazzo Rispondeva nel giro di 2 minuti ad ogni nostra richiesta, risoluzione dei problemi immediata. The stay here was unique and unforgettable. Panagiotis and his wife are the best hosts you could wish for; they are attentive, always available, and make you feel like at home. The apartment is perfect, taken care of in every little detail, and super clean. The location of the accommodation is breathtaking, from the private terrace available to guests you can have a full view of all the islands around Iraklia, and you enjoy an incomparable silence and tranquility. In 15/20 minutes by foot, you reach the town and the most beautiful beach on the island.

It was already the second time we stayed at Maria’s cottage and it was again great! The garden that is around the accommodation is beautiful, and the view as well. The inside of the accommodation is cute and cozy. The cottage is a little hidden but Maria supported us very well at the first time we stayed there and we could find the place easily. We recommend to come by car because it’s situated on a hill a little outside of the city. You can also park there for free in front of the gate to the cottage. Around the area are restaurants and also some beaches. Kos city center is about 5/10 min away by car. There are super markets close by also very easy to reach by car. The nature around is beautiful but there are some roosters around that start „singing“ at night. My girlfriend could sleep all night without any problems but I’d say earplugs are recommended for good night sleep. (: All in all it’s a great place to stay and we love it there! Thank you Maria!

Merve hanım ve eşi çok güler yüzlü çok ilgiliydiler , bungolov evde günlük ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak herşey bulunmaktadır temiz ve düzenli , keyifli bir ortam . biz çok memnun kaldık , tekrar Datça ya gelirsem ilk tercihim olacaktır.

This is a wonderful villa! Very comfortable, cozy, and private, with a nice pool and thoughtful details. All communications with the host were smooth and easy. Absolutely recommended!

Her şey tahmin ettiğinizden ve fotoğraflardan gördüğünüzden daha fazlası . İhtiyaçlarınız için her şey düşünülmüş tamamen ev konforundaydı. Temizlik , mahremiyet ve daha fazlası için aklınızda soru işareti kalmadan gidebileceğiniz nadir yerlerden . Havuz sistemi harikaydı , gece/ gündüz kendisini temizleyen bir sistemi vardı . Arif bey ilgili bölgeye hakim ve misafirperver biriydi . Arif beyin anneannesi de çok tatlı biri giderken arkamızdan su bile döktü . Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim .

Göl kenarında sakin huzur dolu 2 gün geçirdik. Mustafa bey çok ilgiliydi. Tüm sorularıma hızlı dönüş yaptı. Evdeki ekipman son derece yeterliydi. Köyde sadece bir market var. İhtiyaçlarınızı feribottan önce almalısınız. Umarım hep bakir kalır diye düşündüğüm fantastik bir yer.

Konum olarak dalaman havalimanına ve merkeze oldukça yakın, isterseniz yakınlardaki koylara da maksimum 30dk içerisinde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Tiny house oldukça temiz ve bakımlıydı, fiyat/performans olarak yüksek bir puana sahip tekrar konaklamak için listemizde. Ev sahibine kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Ev sahibinin birebir yüz yüze ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Portakal ağaçlarının arasında huzur dolu bir tiny house. Çok güzel ve çok kullanışlıydı. En çok sevdiğimiz havuzun bize özel olmasıydı. İlk gelişimizdi ama inşallah son gelişimiz olmayacak.

Lugar tranquilo e íntimo en esta época del año (Semana Santa). Cabaña pequeña y acogedora, cuenta con lo mínimo e imprescindible. En plena playa, el sonido de las olas y los atardeceres increíbles compensa indudablemente la simpleza de la casa. El anfitrión, Giorgios, muy atento y amable en todo momento. Nos ha ayudado mucho con las gestiones de logística. Para nosotros ha sido la estancia ideal, volveremos sin duda!

Gayet misafirperver bir ev sahibiydi. Bize tadımlık badem bırakmışlar. Yer palamutbüküne yürüme mesafesinde. Olumsuzluk olarak sadece çamaşır makinesi yoktu (benim için sorun değildi,ama çocuklu aileler için belki sorun teşkil eder diye belirttim.) üst yatak odası biraz sıcak oluyor ama klima olduğu için bir sorun yok. Bahçelerinde bisiklet olanağı var, şemsiyeniz yoksa ordan veriyorlar. Biz memnun kaldık, zaten Datça bir harika

Sezonunda gitmesekde doğasıyla sakinliğiyle huzur veren bir tatil oldu evimizin şekli ve kullanım amacı olarak bize gayet yeterli geldi köy içinde bulunması bize doğal ortamda huzurlu bir tayil imkanı sundu evin temizliği ve sahiplerinin ilgisi bizi gayet mutlu etti

Wir haben die Tage in Makos Beach sehr genossen. Makos ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und sein Grundstück ist einzigartig. Es bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt bei Filio. Die Aussicht aufs Meer von der Terrasse, der kleine Pool und die außen Dusche mit Blick aufs Meer waren der Highlight. Der Bungalow war optimal eingerichtet mit einem großen Bett, einer kleine Küche und einem kleinem Bad. Perfekt für Leute die die Insel erkunden möchten und keine Lust auf ein Hotel haben. Filio war eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin.

3 gece boyunca burada konakladık ve deneyimimiz mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi son derece misafirperverdi ve iletişim her zaman hızlı ve açık oldu. Konakladığımız yer, tam olarak fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz gibiydi. Temizlik mükemmeldi ve evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Lokasyon da oldukça merkeziydi ve çevrede gezilecek birçok yer vardı. Özellikle rahat yatak ve huzurlu ortam, tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isteriz ve bu yeri başkalarına da tavsiye ederiz. Teşekkürler

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet, das Bett ist bequem, die Bäder sauber, der Jacuzzi rundet die Unterkunft ab. Vera hat uns als Gastgeberin komplett überzeugt. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen uns die Insel zu erklären und uns perfekte Ideen für einen schönen Urlaub gegeben. Wir haben über die Unterkunft einen Bootstrip um die Insel gebucht, den wir absolut empfehlen können. Es gibt einen Aspekt zu beachten, der uns gut gefallen hat, aber wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache ist: die Unterkunft liegt am Ende einer sehr schmalen Straße oben auf einem kleinen Hügel. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Falls man einen Mietwagen nimmt, dann auf jeden Fall das Auto so klein wie möglich nehmen.

Çok güzel, huzurlu, muhteşem bir manzaraya karşı vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir yer. Bahçesi var ve denizin dibinde, Söğüt’te en güzel seçenek. Ev çok temizdi, nevresimlerden havlulara kadar her şeye özenilmiş. Murat Bey’e her daim hızlı cevapları için tesekkur ederiz.
