Absolutely fantastic place in a perfect location on Fire Island. Maryann is also an incredible host—by far the smoothest communications process of any vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Would love to return to this place and check out some fantastic other properties she has. One word to the wise though— if you come early in FI offseason, there is a lot of maintenance work being done around town—-the neighbors across street somehow had someone power washing their fence for two days straight and there is some car traffic on the island. We really enjoyed our stay at Ya & Diego's home. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures and the location was perfect. We were able to get downtown within 8 minutes, Harbor Point was only approximately 10 - 12 minutes, and the new Whole Foods market was 1/2 mile away, so it was very convenient. Diego was extremely responsive before, during, and after our trip. We look forward to visiting again this summer to enjoy the yard and pool which will make the stay even nicer!

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Paul is a great host. This is our 2nd time staying at Paul's home and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Clean, beautiful and in a lovely town. Paul is easy to communicate with and was thoughtful throughout the whole stay. We look forward to staying at Paul's home again in the future. Great host and great house in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed using this house and felt very safe.

Place was clean and reasonably priced for the area. Conveniently furnished with many kitchen appliances. Moderately noisy from the traffic (as you can expect close to the road) and typical noise from the rest of the house. Johnna was very easy to communicate with. Got greeted by a very cute cat as we parked outside :)

Great place, exactly as advertised. Terrific location near ferry dock (making arrival/check-in extremely easy and fast, which was a relief after a long trip to get to Fire Island), near the little main hub of Cherry Grove… minutes or less to the general store, restaurants, bars. 5 minute walk to the beach. Although there is some bar noise at night, the unit is well sound-insulated. Hosts extremely friendly and communicative, full of info and recommendations. They take pride in their place and in being great hosts. Cozy place with very good value for Fire Island. The pool was a nice plus - salt water pool, lit at night. Met some of the other residents in the building who were extremely friendly and fun. Bed was very comfy. We slept in a lot. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Nice desk in the bedroom for the few times work called. Roku TV. Lots of board games Bedroom has AC which worked great. Beach chairs and towels included. Coin laundry on site worked well. Great value. Would definitely return!

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.
