Lovely stay at Suzanne's place in Santo Domingo. The house has a lot of character, and we loved using the small backyard pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. The lack of AC in the main areas was no problem as the apartment catches a nice breeze, and the AC in the bedrooms works well. Our son enjoyed sleeping on the loft bed in the living room. I will echo what others have said - the stairs situation is not to be underestimated. We were there with our four kids (9, 7, 3 and 2) and the two little ones were not allowed to go up or down the stairs unsupervised. They are very steep and uneven, as well as lack proper railings - so even for adults, just make sure you pay attention to this and if you have mobility problems, maybe not the right place. For us, we loved it! Great communication from the hosts and super friendly. Walkable to many restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this place!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

The host provided a great stay. The home is well-kept and very clean. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. As a solo traveler, it was perfect for my needs. All the listed amenities were available, and the decor is modern with a cozy vibe that sets a great ambiance. The location is prime—right in the heart of Zona Colonial. Everything is walkable, and unless you’re planning to leave the area, you won’t even need a cab. The only con worth mentioning is that there’s currently construction happening on the block (I visited mid-March 2025), so the street was blocked off. At first, I thought it’d be a problem, but honestly, noise wasn’t bad—most of the work wrapped up by 3–4pm. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would 100% stay again. Book it if you're looking for privacy, a smooth check-in, a space where you can comfortably host guests, and a spot that gives you that local feel. You won’t be disappointed.

I definitely enjoyed this place and the host was every helpful for anything I needed . I needed to check out late and he allowed me to do so with no problem . Apartment was very clean and the shower had hot water kitchen had everything needed to make a home meal I definitely will be staying again

Jessica’s apartment provided every aspect of what you need and is very modern, bright and in perfect location in Santo Domingo for getting taxis (UBER or DiDi) - stop scrolling and simply stay here, good views on 17th floor pool and BBQ area, restaurants and all you need in walking distance including safe access to two (2) ATMs of major banks.

Love everything, the only con was not having a real table to work and use my laptop., The designated working space is not comfortable however Stephanie is awesome and always responsible. The tower is beautiful and the location just perfect .

I totally enjoyed my stay in Mechy’s place. Very clean & organized place. The front desk downstairs & security was very respectful and helpful. I loved that Mechy was very responsive & quick to help with anything that I needed. Would definitely recommend this place & i would definitely stay again.♥️

Me encantó este alojamiento, nos quedamos 18 noches, nos sentimos como en casa!! Una zona muy tranquila con el parque de Las Praderas muy cerca. Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos aqui.

5 Stars – The Perfect Stay in Santo Domingo! This apartment was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts we needed—AC, strong Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and even a washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Edwardo was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in !! He also recommended us to BOBA which I wanted to pack in my luggage and bring her home with my family She cooked and cleaned for us & also kept my teens company Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, safe, and convenient place to stay in the city!
