Super experience, the host is very helpful and the location is hard to beat. It’s my second stay and will surely return. Highly recommended.

location is great, 10 min walk from a lot of restaurants. house is in a quiet neighborhood and very clean, chique and looks newly renovated. kitchen is spacious and has alot of appliances. Host is responsive, provided everything needed, was nice to have water bottles

I had a great stay at Addisu’s place! The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully updated with modern features. Addisu was a responsive and accommodating host, especially with check-in and check-out times. The location, right next to Walmart and the free parking available are great perks! The neighborhood reflects the area’s affordability, with occasional noise at night due to police sirens, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Overall, an excellent value for D.C.

I had an extended work trip for a month, and it was easy to feel right at home. Loved walking into fresh flowers, great snacks, and a beautiful, clean space— exactly as pictured! For extended stays, the kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and everything you may need. Richard even had a cleaning service scheduled halfway through my stay, which was a great refresh and reset for the second half of the trip. I have nothing but great things to say. The area is quiet, residential and walkable. Will definitely be keeping Richard’s place in mind for the future!

Appartement propre et bien aménagé, dans un quartier résidentiel paisible. La rareté des transports publics à Washington rend les déplacements un peu longs sans voiture, mais le Capitole est à distance de marche. Chad est très réactif et de bon conseil.

Die Unterkunft war super für unseren Aufenthalt in Washington geeignet. Die Zimmer sind schön hergerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Auch eine Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden und Pouya hat uns prima dabei unterstützt. Falls wir wieder in Washington sein sollten, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Great option for the price in a great location. A 10 minute walk from Union Station and many restaurants. Peaceful at night and a comfy bed to sleep in! The owners do live right above as stated, but it never was too noisy. Just bring earplugs to sleep if that bothers you and you’ll be fine! I also liked how spacious and clean the shower was and it was a plus to have coffee available and a water pitcher in the fridge. Overall, a cozy and safe spot in DC to stay!

The house is perfect, wonderful location close to the Capitol and the Mall, the house itself is charming, cosy and comfortable, with an outdoor space, and in a lovely neighborhood of old row houses. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay at Maggie's place again one day!

Jesse's property was exactly as pictured. What isn't pictured is how amazing the location is. Close to public transit, close to stores, close to resteraunts and bars. The beds where also some of the most comfortable we have slept in many hotel and Airbnb stays. We would specifically look to stay here again next time we are in DC.

He answered all my questions right away and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. It made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I just spent a week in DC for business and for fun. I loved this place: clean, quiet, well equipped, private. This is in a great neighborhood and close to a Whole Foods and so many restaurants. The host is always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. Bonus (although I didn’t need it): a neighborhood parking pass if you have a car. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic host. Very responsive. House is fantastic. Stayed with my mother & daughter for the weekend. All of the bedrooms were clean and as described. Towels provided. Pillows were comfy :) House looks like the pics. Very clean and updated. No issues getting in/out. With 3 of us staying at the house, made it easy. We are able to use the kitchen, cable/chromecast and also the washing machine. Looking forward to coming back to DC for another trip when the Mets are in town and will 100% try to book. We had a great stay. Selam was very responsive and clear with instructions and we had no difficulty in moving in/out. Place is well maintained and clean . Kitchen is well equipped with coffee/tea and condiments. Two bedrooms ( one with attached bath/toilet) and another detached bath/ toilet on upper floor . There is also a toilet ( no bath) on ground floor . A private garage just at the rear of the house - read the instructions well to reach the garage from the lane behind. There’s a Hill Street cafe close by - 5 min walking distance for breakfast. Nearest CVS is around 1.6miles . Short time parking possible on the street though it gets quite congested with residents parking along both sides . The monuments / White House / smithsonian/ war memorials etc are within 15-20 min drive .

This place was cute and comfortable for 4 adults and 1 toddler and in an area we felt safe in. Walking distance to the metro and good restaurants, close to the convention center. Parking is a little tough but Madison has some suggestions if you need them. The house could use a little bit of maintenance but otherwise worked well for our stay.

Celia's rental went beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating regarding everything from the check-in process, snacks, visitor/tourist information to the simple check-out. The location could not have been better, which is one block from the Metro station and an easy walk to Capitol Hill. A beautiful neighborhood with a wide range of restaurants is within walking distance as well. Thanks again Celia!

I enjoyed my stay at Allan's place for a business trip. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to public transit. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. The bed is very comfy. And the parking spot comes in handy if you are driving.

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

The accommodations were perfect for two couples - we all were highly satisfied and quite relieved that in fact all was as "advertised"

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

The stay was amazing, the place was super spacious, clean and well maintained. The location is great, next to dupont circle but super calm and peaceful. Would definitely come back

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

We had a great stay at this DC Airbnb! It's in a fantastic location, conveniently located near all the DC attractions. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The guest parking pass is one of the best part of your stay if you are bringing the car. I definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting DC!
