Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Great place to stay! Greg was very responsive. We were within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a great location for visiting Washington DC. Not far from the main attractions. We took a short Uber ride to and from the National Mall.

The location was perfect for my work trip and literally several blocks from most of the Congress buildings. It would also be great for someone exploring the city. The metro is very close, if you need it. However, the street itself is very quiet. I was able to park in front of the building with no issues (although parking spots were mostly full during work day - just FYI if you are driving). The apartment itself was exactly as described and had everything you might need during your stay. Aaron provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, parking, and getting around. He was very responsive and helpful. Overall, definitely recommend this place if you are going to DC.

Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

We were a three-generation family of 5 who had a truly great stay here. It was super clean and has character. We were happy for the coffee, ease of parking, and local places to go. Was so great to be in a lovely neighborhood that was a short drive to the National Mall. Nathan was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Kids loved the board games. Thank you so much for a fantastic DC trip!!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

My family of 5 spent 4 nights here while visiting DC. Great space that is perfect when travelling with kids, as my teenager was able to have her own room while the other two shared a room. It's 3 floors so a lot of stairs - not an issue for us but parents of younger children should just factor that in. The parking spot was a huge bonus for us, as was the proximity to Georgetown University, where my wife and I attended. As noted, the planes definitely feel noisy at first but you adjust and they don't fly much after 10pm or before 6am. Be advised that DC traffic is on another level, so if you are up for walking, the Rosslyn Metro over Key Bridge or Foggy Bottom might be your move. Another helpful tip: DC Metro requires you to swipe your card when entering and exiting (different fares depending on the destination) so each rider needs their own card. Julia was incredibly responsive and checked in after we arrived. I would absolutely recommend her property to groups visiting DC.

Great location to access public transportation. Plenty of room for family of 4. Nice to be able to park your vehicle off of the street.

This was an ideal home for our vacation in DC. The location is an easy walk to a Metro station and also quick easy access to all main roads in DC. We had a rental car and loved that it could be parked behind the house, making it quick and easy to return home. Another fun plus was the easy access to the Congressional Cemetery which ended up being a beautiful walk in the spring. The kitchen was well stocked and worked well to eat in, which we did often. DoorDash from the Roost was fast and delicious! Katie and Ryan were excellent hosts, very communicative, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The house was just as pictured, the bathrooms had wonderful showers, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again if ever in DC!

Our group had a great stay at Yared's place. It fit a group of 7 easily. We had no trouble parking and the city was easily accessible by foot from Yared's place. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Two thumbs up!

We liked the place as they said . But it has a strict sound policy which they should change . 70dB is max sound policy and if you break that , there is a wait for it , wait for it , wait for it . A grand file of Two Thousand US Dollar. Thats right . that is highest fine , for making 70DB+ sound , in the known universe . So yes this is am unique place :)

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and our kids rated our vacation 10/10. May is an excellent host! We opted for the parking pass and it was a relief to have parking in a zone for the week for days we opted for the metro. We used the metro at the NoMa stop which was an 11-minute walk from the house (downhill to the metro, uphill on the way back). Super easy to find and use. The neighborhood was beautiful and clean. There were restaurants and shops a few blocks away, just a 10 minute walk. There is a Trader Joe’s with parking close by or you could Instacart - we did both. Super convenient location. The home had everything we needed. The pull out bed was large and comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom had a great shower. There were plenty of linens and towels. There’s a little back porch area with lights and it was a really nice retreat at night and in the early mornings. We would stay here again and will recommend this to our friends and family!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely townhouse in Washington, DC! The home was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our group of six, making it a great option for families or friends traveling together. We used the nearby Metro to visit all the major sites during the day, which was super convenient. In the evenings, we drove to dinner and some attractions, and street parking was surprisingly easy—we always found a spot when we returned. Kaveh and Emma were incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location! . Easy walk to the metro and surrounding areas. Traveled with three kids and felt safe both in the house and walking around. Host was really responsive and helpful! House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay for a week. Cozy and clean, and very walkable to the Metro, restaurants, CVS, Eastern Market and more. Parking was easy. Highly recommend this property and host!

Fantastic location: a green little oasis within walking distance of the mall and the ward - the street has very low traffic and is lined with huge shady trees, a great place to walk your dog. Also only a few blocks from the subway, a grocery store and a few good places to eat. Super cool house: nice big rooms and lovely views from the front and back - the balcony and back patio are great places to relax between museum excursions. We stayed at this house last year and loved it so much we came back. Nothing has changed, unfortunately the dishwasher is still broken, even so, we'd love to come back again next year.

We had a really nice stay and Georgetown is absolutely the best neighbourhood to stay in in DC. We wished the bathrooms were a little larger and the downstairs is a little dark but they’ve done a really great job with the space. Would stay again!

Great home base for a week in DC. The house looks recently updated with nice touches and we very much enjoyed our stay there! Our family had fun playing pool at the end of a long day. The host was very responsive, as well, if we needed anything. A couple of things to note on the location. It is not very subway friendly so I would plan on having a car to get around (which we did). Also, it is on a fairly busy road so there's a fair amount of road noise to be aware of. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay and we could stay again if we come back to DC.

The home was spotless and the host was very responsive. Lovely to have the back deck for private outdoor space in the city!

I’ve been so blessed by having amazing host through Airbnb, and Eugene was definitely one of the amazing host. Any question I had he got back almost immediately, very friendly and helpful. Eugene’s apartment was exactly as he described it, very clean, cozy, and the beds could not have been more comfortable. Elliott was very helpful answering my questions and provided suggestions at his initiation for some extra activities in close proximity. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. It perfectly accommodated my husband and I traveling w our daughter and grandson. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed the private patio for dining as the weather was a perfect temperature. So convenient that Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s is a relatively short walk; the close location to Foggy Bottom metro was a huge plus for getting around the city and a short ride from Reagan Airport! Elliott went above and beyond in accommodating us to store luggage allowing our daughter to do more sightseeing before a later in day flight home! Thank you Elliott - we hope to be back!!

Samantha’s place was well-appointed, clean, and in a great location! Our family of 5 was comfortable and it was nice for us to all be able to have our own space and have two bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked! Not only were there lots of dishes, cups, mugs, utensils, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices, olive oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. We were able to easily walk to Barracks Row, The Roost, and metro stops. The pictures were an accurate representation of the townhouse. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
