George and Linda's place was wonderful for our recent trip to DC. Fantastic location in very walkable, safe neighborhood. A short walk to the Metro station will get you anywhere in DC. Highly recommend!

Absolutely first class experience. Harrison was responsive and proactive before we even booked! I asked about an amenity that he didn’t have and by the time we arrived, he had it installed. Extremely easy to take the Metro to explore all things DC. Lots of convenient food options next door at The Roost and across the street. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and spaces to sleep. A/C worked wonderful! Felt right at home. Harrison also accommodated our arrival and departure times so that we were never without a place to stay! Would definitely stay here again!

I really loved staying at Alana's apartment. It was in a great location, and she was a lovely host. The metro was a quick walk, and there are fantastic places to eat along the same street (I especially loved the ice cream place across the street!). The bed was incredibly comfortable (I love a firm mattress), and I could only barely hear the street noise from the bedroom. It was a fabulous stay.

The hosts have done such a great job utilizing the space and turning it into something comfortable and beautiful. I was surprised by the space, didn’t feel small or cramped at all. The kitchen was super cute! Super convenient location, 5 minute walk to the zoo! Had an amazing stay and would g highly recommend!

I have stayed in Marvin’s apartment several times and it is a great place to stay! Location, neighborhood, amenities are all top notch.

L’appartement était conforme aux descriptif, très propre et très bien préparé pour notre arrivée. Le quartier est très paisible et permet de se déplacer à pied ou en transport en commun. Les commerces essentiels ne sont pas éloignés. Ce séjour a été une très belle expérience et nous recommandons.

Our stay at Will's townhouse was fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The cozy, homey vibe made us feel right at home. The upstairs office was a standout, offering a quiet, well-lit workspace with a comfortable chair and desk. Street parking was surprisingly hassle-free, with plenty of spots nearby. The location is ideal, close to local shops and restaurants. Will was a great host, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend Will's place to anyone visiting the area—it's a gem!

Great spot! Perfect for families or large groups visiting the DC area. Was able to access the recently finished basement that includes a second bathroom. The covered patio was perfect for family hangs and the kitchen has everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful house, well equipped with amenities -paper products, toiletries, kitchen stocked. Comfortable beds and cold AC. Located close to the convention center metro station. Great secure parking. Lots of stairs!

It was a good location, roomy, comfortable, clean, and much better than a hotel for a group of friends.

We had a great stay. Selam was very responsive and clear with instructions and we had no difficulty in moving in/out. Place is well maintained and clean . Kitchen is well equipped with coffee/tea and condiments. Two bedrooms ( one with attached bath/toilet) and another detached bath/ toilet on upper floor . There is also a toilet ( no bath) on ground floor . A private garage just at the rear of the house - read the instructions well to reach the garage from the lane behind. There’s a Hill Street cafe close by - 5 min walking distance for breakfast. Nearest CVS is around 1.6miles . Short time parking possible on the street though it gets quite congested with residents parking along both sides . The monuments / White House / smithsonian/ war memorials etc are within 15-20 min drive .

Laura’s place was perfect for my two-night stay in DC. It had all the amenities I needed and more, was conveniently located near Union Station, and was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. I especially appreciated Laura’s clear, detailed instructions, including a simply and easy check-out process. Also, the shower heads are amazing. I’d highly recommend Laura’s place to any solo travelers or couples who need somewhere to stay in the city. It’s definitely at the top of my list for any future visits!

Ian is very responsive to any questions. His place is a gem with an amazing rooftop patio and living room balcony. Close to all the bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Quiet building. Very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

Overall very good space. It was cleaned and organized. We loved the complimentary snacks and shower product were a nice touch. Quiet neighborhood and ample street parking

Solid location and was welcomed to a clean space. I would advise future guests that this location is next to a busy road, but I prefer a little background noise while I sleep anyway.

If I could give 6 stars I would! This was the easily the best BNB i’ve stayed at! Kristen’s place was extremely clean, comfortable, private, organized, quiet, and stocked with all the necessities you could ever need, plus more. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. We chose to Uber into the city, which usually took about 20 minutes to all our destinations. She has thought of everything and was so considerate & accommodating! The robes and slippers were a nice touch & made our stay feel more like a luxury vacation. I’ve already recommended this place to 2 others! Would definitely stay again next time we visit the DC area!

We loved this home! Beginning with the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood, this apartment was right in the midst! Lovely apartment, easy to enter right off the street, and the entire place was just like brand new! Comfortable space, comfy beds and very nice amenities. They also were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Driving distance to all the DC sites and fun, while staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!
