We were two families who stayed together at Colin's place (including 3 kids). Colin's place was wonderful, and Colin was very responsive to minor issues or questions we had. The home was clean and tidy and as described in the photos. One issue we had was that the toilet door downstairs, bathroom door upstairs and some of the bedroom doors did not close properly, so it was tricky to maintain privacy. It was also very noisy outside the house due to ongoing construction, which we understand is beyond the host's control. Other than that, great location, well appointed kitchen and spacious living area and basement to spread out our things. Colin was kind enough to let us extend our check out time by a few hours, which we greatly appreciated.

Janesh est une super hôte, très à l’écoute et qui vous donne de bons conseils si besoin. Le logement était comme décrit, attention cependant il n’y a pas de machine à laver. Le logement était parfait et il faut noter une cuisine parfaitement équipée (ce qui est rare sur airbnb). Je recommande à 100 % le logement chez Janesh.. merci beaucoup

It was very clean, and nearby free parking wasn't too hard to find. There were lots of amenities, and the host was very responsive. It's about an 18-minute walk to the metro station, which is a bit of a walk, but overall, it was a great place for a great price.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern apartment in Washington DC! The location was absolutely perfect—just as described and incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped with all the listed amenities, making us feel right at home. The hosts were truly wonderful—responsive, kind, and very accommodating to all our requests. Their attention to detail and hospitality really stood out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again next time we're in DC. Highly recommended!

Rabi’s place was as listed and had even more space than we anticipated. The private parking spot was also a huge perk!

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jennifer’s place! She was a responsive host, gave us recommendations and instructions were really clear. The home was clean and close to bus stops to the city. Only things I’d say is: A- the bed was really wobbly and I was a bit nervous to move on it because I did g want to wobble it further and B- it would’ve been really amazing if the front door had a covering or curtain as for a bit more privacy but overall, amazing stay!

My wife, two kids, pup and I all enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and super comfy home. It is in a great location with parking on site and a cute park right out the back door. Walk to lots of cute restaurants, bus and metro easily. The host was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the DC area.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

Excellent location and a perfect Airbnb experience! Spacious, super clean, had everything you could need. Would be comfortable for a long stay. Walkable to tons of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, yet on a quiet peaceful street that feels safe even at night. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay here...a wonderful home base when visiting DC! Colorful, cozy, sparkling clean & spacious...we enjoy comfortably relaxing in a convenient city location. Courtney's place was perfect for our trip! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, there are restaurants just a short walk away, and it was a quick drive to downtown. The place was very clean and comfortable with some natural light despite being a basement apartment. This didn't bother us because we had to be up early, but if you're a light sleeper be aware that the sound travels from above since it's a basement apartment.

Melissa’s space was a wonderful option for our family of four with two young kids (4 and 7) for a three-night stay. The pullout couch provided a comfortable sleep space for the kids while we had a separate room for ourselves. The kitchen had the essentials. The entire unit was just as pictured, very clean and beds were comfortable. Melissa was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood felt safe and we never had trouble finding a parking spot. Great location near the zoo, and easy to get downtown. Would definitely stay again, thanks Melissa!

Emily and Charlene’ place was perfect for us, a retired couple on our first tour of DC. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe. Apartment had all we needed. Easy access to Metro and bus service once we mastered how to use them. Emily and Charlene checked in with us several times by email and text. Can’t say enough about their place and our trip. We won’t forget how nice they were. If we get back to DC we plan on staying at their place! Thank you!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Perfect stay in DC with a view of the Capitol. Easy to reach, plenty of „free“ parking, plenty of space in the apartment and everything in walking distance. Liz was easy to chat with and flexible with check in/out. We will Come back for another DC visit.

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

Matt’s home was just as advertised. It was very comfortable for our multigenerational family of 6 including 2 seniors and 2 toddlers. We always had parking available on the street directly in front of the unit. It is very accessible to metro stations to take us all around DC. Matt was a great host and was very responsive and willing to accommodate our special needs. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the DC area

Awesome location and space in DC. Woke up early every morning to wake to cafe colada for an iced cold brew. We went for a concert at the anthem and it’s not a bad trip to the venue! Walking around the neighborhood was beautiful. We’ve stayed here twice now!

Nos gusto la disponibilidad de electrodomésticos (lavadora, secadora, lavaplatos) según se anunciaron; nos ahorraron tiempo y dinero. Por otro lado, las recomendaciones de restaurantes no defraudaron, servicio rápido, comida sabrosa. Definitivamante, pasamos unas muy buenas vacaciones.
