Sharon's home was clean, comfortable, and affordably priced for a family vacation to DC. Her home is walking distance to great restaurants and a city bike station for getting around the Capital with ease. Sharon was extremely helpful before check-in and we would definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in DC.

Beautiful apartment that is right next to a bus stop. Fast and easy to get to all of the attractions. Sadé is fast to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

⸻ 5 stars – Even better than expected! This Airbnb completely exceeded expectations. The space was even more beautiful and comfortable than the photos, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and super convenient for everything we had planned. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth, including generously allowing a late check-out, which made a huge difference. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting DC.

Amazing stay at this rental! Clean, perfect size accurate description! Would definitely stay again. The only issue was the weather was extremely nice and there were people in the surrounding area outside till very late blasting music until the police arrived to break up the commotion.

Grace was very polite and considerate. My family felt comfortable in area, and it was close to the Metro. The house was large, well equipped, and nicely decorated; with TV in each room.

The house was great for a 2 week family reunion. The home is extremely spacious & the layout (basement, first floor, and second floor) is perfect for a longer stay with 12+ people. Megan was very responsive during our stay and made the experience memorable. Parking was also easy to find on the street. Only con is they don’t have any TVs in the family room. There is 1 in the basement but it’s not a smart tv so you cannot stream anything. Overall my family & I really enjoyed our stay!

Die Wohnung liegt wie beschrieben im Souterrain und sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön und zum Bus sind es nur wenige Schritte, um zum Capitol und der National Mall zu kommen. Der Stellplatz in der Garage für den Mietwagen war sehr hilfreich, da das Parken sonst sehr teuer ist. Wir sind auch zu einem Restaurant in der Nähe gelaufen, welches James in der Info-Mappe empfohlen hatte und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es war eine sehr schöne Pizzeria. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass man es hört, wenn in der Wohnung darüber gelaufen wird oder der Hund rumrennt. Wir wussten es vorher, da ich es in einigen Bewertungen gelesen habe, daher war es für uns kein Problem.

Jude and Davida were welcoming hosts. The communication was great leading up To and during the stay. We had a big snowstorm come in on the day we were supposed to check in and they were flexible to let us in a little earlier. The place was easy to check in and had everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable even though it was frigid outside. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to the Metro. There were several yummy restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again!

Loved this home! Beautiful, safe, walkable neighborhood. I walked through a wooded park and gorgeous streets to meander to the National Cathedral one morning. Walked the opposite direction down and along the river to the Kennedy Center another morning. It was perfect. I will definitely stay here again. There’s nothing not to like about this place. We had a fantastic stay at Janisha’s place in Washington, D.C.! Everything was just as described and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions and easy access—the location was easy to find, and we felt right at home right away. The space was spotless, with a squeaky-clean bathroom, a pristine kitchen, and no clutter in sight. Janisha was a responsive and thoughtful host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting D.C.!

I enjoyed my time at sivenson place. It was as described and well kept. Easy to access with the direction that was given and felt just like home. A cozy place to stay during a work trip. I will definitely visit again anytime.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Gary's accommodations. The house was beautiful, furnished with wonderful antiques and books a plentiful. The location was convenient with plenty of great restaurants all within walking distance. Gary was the consummate host. Breakfast was offered and shared on Saturday morning in his formal dining room on the first floor. The live flowers in our room were the icing on the cake! We would highly suggest staying with him.

A great booking in the DC area! From check in to check out, Bruce and Vania treated us like family. Prior to booking Bruce was extremely responsive and helped arrange bag drop off prior to check in. During our stay, Vania was one of the friendliest and sweetest hosts I’ve ever had. She made us feel at home immediately, gave us recommendations for the DC area, and even made us a tasty breakfast in the morning. The place itself was comfortable and the room was surrounded by shelves and shelves of books, making it feel like a cozy place you can come back to and relax in. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

We stayed in Katherine's place at a very difficult time - we came to DC for our son's heart surgery. We could not have been happier to be staying in such a comfortable, lovely, and truly homey place during this difficult time. The house is very practical, with a perfect lay out (it was my husband and I, our two kids, and our in laws staying at the house, and we had plenty of space). The play room and the variety of toys and books were absolutely amazing for the kids to be happy and entertained at home for hours on end, while my son recuperated from the surgery - the layout is excellent, because you can cook, or relax in the living room, while being able to monitor the kids at all times in the playroom. Katherine was very responsive, flexible and a please sure interact with at all times. The DC summer heat and mosquitos did not allow us to enjoy the backyard as much as we hoped, but in a different weather, the backyard would for sure be wonderful to enjoy.

Good location, very close to the Green Line as well. Listing was as described, and the owner clearly put a lot of time and effort into the restoration of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

David was a fantastic host. We felt completely at ease for our 6 nights of stay. It was a clean place with all the needed amenities such as heater, AC, iron & iron board etc which we needed for our work associated stay. What I liked the most was access to Netflix & Amazon Prime on the two TV screens. We could unwind after long day of work in leisurely fashion. The overall experience definitely made it feel like home away from home! :)

Laura and Raymond are so charming and very gracious hosts. I can't recommend the raisin French toast highly enough! Plus the location is so close to Woodley Park Metro the beautiful home is easy to access.

Wonderful B&B close to Adam's Morgan, Kalorama, DuPont Circle. Best for solo travelers or couples. Very clean, private rooms. Excellent and attentive staff. Will stay here again!
