All good! The place is clean and nice, and convenient. Host is very friendly and responsive. I will stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even waiting until midnight to welcome us after our flight was delayed. The house was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved looking out over the river and watching all the lively celebrations—it made our stay even more special!

It was amazing stay. Clean nice appartment with everything we needed. It has 2 spots comfortable for working on laptop. In the ground floor, there are few conviniece shops and nice cafe with great food. Only downside was that building management made pool and gym available only for residents. So gym needed to be opened by the host every time and pool had to be registered for us every morning by the host and we could use it only till 5 p.m. But despite those minor inconviniences our stay was amazing and the host was responsive and helpful with everything, for example registering the pool every morning. Thank you very much 😇

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

The condo is nice, furniture is state-of-the-art. It's also easily accessible. The host is extremely helpful and responsive.

Este airbnb es el alojamiento perfecto. No solo estaba completamente limpio si no que tenía un muy buen estilo, amenities y sobretodo quiero destacar la atención de la anfitriona. Superó las expectativas que nos hicimos con las fotos! En planta baja hay un restaurante maravilloso que vale 100% la pena. Sin duda si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh volveremos a este alojamiento ☺️

깨끗한. 곳입니다 주변에 먹을게 많다 아쉬운건 관광지가 멀리있다 그래서 이곳은 조용한곳이다.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Host Thao was super friendly and responsive. She let us keep our luggage both before check-in and after checkout, which was really helpful. The washing machine with dryer made things so convenient for our trip. Our kid loved the place! Plus, there’s a fruit juice cart and a small grocery store right outside.very handy!

The room's upstairs from the café and surrounded by greenery. The environment's really nice. It looks just like the photos, with a dark style. They'd already turned on the AC before I got in. So thoughtful! It's a self - check - in process, and the info's super clear. The staff at the café downstairs are also really friendly.

Super cozy, and the transportation is convenient too.

The host responded quickly to everything and was super helpful throughout our stay, and the room was clean and comfy, highly recommended!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

The accommodation was beautiful, located in a great area close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. The hosts were communicative and helpful at every step from check in to departure. Would love to stay here again!
