We are just off the St Swithun's way with Jane Austen's house just a 15 min drive away. We are ideally situated for those attending weddings locally, wanting to explore the local Hampshire countryside or just to relax and recharge. Facilities include well equipped kitchen, shower room and a wood burner

Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Please let us know if you'd like to meet and feed the Alpaca - they'd like to meet you!
