It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! There is a beautiful walk around the river blackwater just minutes from the cabin with falls and old bridges. The Lodge, Nutwood House

The Lodge is the west wing of Nutwood House, a unique property, once the Factor’s House and part of the Earl of Cromartie estate. Situated in a beautiful, peaceful location on the edge of the Victorian Spa village of Strathpeffer, all amenities within 5 minutes walk. Magnificent views across the Peffery Valley. An ideal spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life with beautiful walks and cycling routes right on the doorstep. The Victorian cottage, with its own private garden, has been tastefully renovated with all modern amenities to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highland River Cottage with Hot Tub

A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. Sealladh Dubh

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The Cabin is an open plan, newly built unit with hot tub, set in its own private grounds with ample parking. With stunning views of Ben Wyvis, we are on the NC500 route and also close to plenty amenities including golf courses, many beautiful walks and restaurants. The accommodation comprises of one king size bed, a double-sofa bed, electric heating, electric stove, luxurious shower room and a welcome basket with local produce. No smoking indoors, pet friendly on request.

Viewmount Cottage is set against a beautiful backdrop of the Black Isle woodland. Offering fabulous views of Munlochy bay, Inverness and on a good day as far as the cairngorm. Tore marking the starting point of the North Coast 500. Enjoying these beautiful views in our luxurious hot tub or in front of our woodburning stove. 10min drive from Inverness. This unique farmhouse by Loch Ness with spectacular water views, has been recently updated to provide the ultimate escape with direct access to Loch Ness and the beach at Lochend – the very spot where St Columba saw the 'Great Beastie’. It also has its own little lochan in front of the house. Hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, table tennis are just a few of the facilities you will be able to enjoy when you tire of exploring the mysterious expanse of the main Loch.
