We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The flat was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained—just like the pictures. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. All the amenities were in excellent condition and made the stay very comfortable. The internet was reliable and worked well for office tasks—great for a workation. Almas was an excellent host—always helpful and prompt in responding. The beach is around 900 meters away and walkable. There are two routes—one for cars and a shorter walking path. I’d suggest avoiding the walking path at night due to street dogs. A small suggestion: adding a clock in the hall or room would give the space a more homely touch. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had in the Baga/Calangute area. Highly recommended!

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! My family and I had an incredible 3-day stay at Vallabh's place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sea-facing 4BHK apartment at Dona Paula was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony – the perfect spot for morning tea or watching the sunset. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, offering all the comforts of home. Each room was well-equipped with cozy beds, air conditioning, and ample space for relaxation. The living area was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making meal preparation a breeze. The self-check-in process was seamless, and the lockbox system was extremely convenient. Siddharth was an exceptional caretaker, always responsive and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Le logement ressemble aux photos et tout était très propre. De plus, le fait d’avoir une piscine sur les lieux était un plus ! Merci encore, nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

It was nice to stay at Santana's place. He was a friendly host and was able to guide us to reach the property. The apartment is located on main road and easily approachable. Also, the public convenience is just nearby and sea beach was quite approaching. We had a good time staying at this apartment. Thanks

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property! It really exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Amazing place and very good staff.

Clifford's Airbnb was a well maintained place with the required basic facilities in it. It's a 2BHK space with a small sitting area in front of the door where you can chill with your friends. There is space for private car parking but the only thing is that the entry space is a bit narrow. Location is very good, it's very close to Ashvem beach, there are general stores and a shopping market nearby the place. Overall I would recommend to select this place if you're staying in North Goa.

It was a great stay, the house is well curated having in mind the smallest thing a guest would need during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and stoves. The beach is right in front of the house and very peaceful. Ps: Allen is super professional and accommodating.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for their visit. They truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

Alex is a superhost. Very helpful, always responded within minutes. The best part of stay was the location. just in front of the Ashwem view point. one can enjoy the serenity of the sea sitting at the balcony. There were lot of food joints nearby. Alex also helped to get cab for airport drop and local sightseeing. Overall a great stay .

Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven.
