While you will appreciate the large, well-appointed open plan kitchen, you'll also find easy access to cafes and restaurants located on Railway Parade and nearby Eighth Avenue. The apartment is located within a secure group of apartments. Access to both the parking and the front door is via an electronic lock so you can check-in any time that suits you after 2pm. Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide detailed check-in instructions that are easy to follow. I am available 24/7 to help if needed! My daughter lives in the front house in emergency. You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. As access to the apartment is via electronic keypads, you won’t need to collect any keys from me. However I am available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or would just like a friendly face to show you around the area. The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport. With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport. There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars. We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast. Please cook! The pantry is also well stocked with spices, oils etc. We want to make your stay effortless. You are welcome to smoke but only outside please.

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

You will never want to leave this unique and tranquil private retreat. Perfectly nestled in the heart of where you want to be in Perth. Everything is approx 10km away including: Northbridge and City. New Perth Stadium. Airport, domestic and International. Swan River. Trigg and North beach. RAC Arena. Crown Casino. Plus, some of the best food in the city is 2 mins away in the famous Coventry Markets! As well as one of the largest shopping malls, Morley Galleria. Best spot in Perth.

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Standalone Granny Flat

The Standalone Granny Flat is at the back of the main house (main house is Grey in colour with a picture frame of Buddha) Please park vertical on the lawn area in front of the main house. Parking is only for 1 car. No cleaning charges guest to make sure to clean the unit before checkout and bins emptied. No Loud Noise after 6pm No extra guest allowed Situated in the Morley Suburb this property puts you close to attractions and interesting dining options. Kitchen facilities available

My apartment is warm & inviting. The bedroom is luxurious with a beautiful bathroom with claw foot bath. Fully equipped Kitchen, laundry & leafy back yard, bbq and alfresco kitchen. The family room includes a dining area, lounge & big screen Netflix TV. While the apartment is under the same roof as the three front rooms that we rent, it is completely private and separated by a lockable door, ensuring your own space and comfort. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay

North Perth Bungalow -close to town

Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street this quiet 1 bedroom cottage is a great place to stay. There is kitchen, lounge dining area and bathroom, free wifi. A pet (no cats sorry), is welcome but please check with us beforehand Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops
