Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

The Glade is a perfect place to stay and explore north Devon. It is very well equipped, welcoming and very dog friendly, and great value. Garry's attention to detail both inside and out is faultless, making the Glade one of the best places we have ever stayed at. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely welcomimg pack, which included treats for all family members especially Bertie & Mitzy, thank you Garry for making our stay so lovely and being a great host.

This place is great! The view down over Widemouth Bay is amazing, the pool is brilliant to have, and the bungalow is good. There were sheep in the field that it looked out on to, which was nice. Zoe was really helpful with the advance info etc.

Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

Bay view road bungalow lived up to its photographs. Brilliantly quirky, loved the swing in the lounge, the most amazing view, the conservatory making it perfect for sunny or pouring with rain days. We didn’t need for anything, lovely and warm on the cold rainy day we had, brilliantly hot in the sunshine. We will definitely stay again. We initially struggled to find it as we had come in form a different direction for the directions given, but the post codes/satnav takes you to the road, so then just find the number. Easy parking, a few steep steps down to the bungalow, but there is a hand rail, so not an issue. We loved it and will be back.

What a real gem of a place! It was all about the views across the bay. We spent an enjoyable week watching all the surfers of various sorts through our binoculars. The beautiful sunrises and sunsets too. The house and sofas are a little dated but it was excellent value for money and we had no complaints. There were plenty of games and puzzles to enjoy too. We enjoyed the short stroll down to the Venus cafe, beach and across to Burgh Island. The Pilchard Inn a favourite spot with the lovely weather we had. We hope to visit again in the future. 😊

Fabulous house Fabulous host beds very comfy house very homely, very clean and warm,great location for sightseeing went to St Michael's Mount, Eden project, Finicular railway all not to far a drive from Kam's Moran's restaurant exceptional, had a lovely takeaway from Hong Kong Dinner. The hot tub was amazing, any problems very quick response from Kam, would definitely return lots more to see.

David is a fantastic host! Beautiful sea views, spacious accommodation, secure back garden/terrace, hot tub was an added bonus! Excellent location close to Paignton, Cockington, Brixham, steam train/ferry to Dartmouth, dog walking beaches (check restrictions during summer months). Thanks David for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend.

Lovely quiet place to stay close to minehead but far enough away. Beautiful surroundings lovely walks on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable with a very secure garden for a dog

Thank you Deborah we had another wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It’s so comfortable and welcoming and in a quiet area. It’s great that’s it’s so close to Sidmouth and so easy to walk into the town along a riverside walk. There are so many places to visit in the area. Thanks to Deborah for keeping in touch to make sure our stay was such a good one. We would love to come back.

Fantastic location, the place is perfect for 2 adults and up to 2 kinds. Its clean and felt almost like a home away from home. The host is lovely, responds quickly and is happy to help. Would definitely recommend and I would love to return 😊

Amazing place beautiful and clean, plenty of everything you need and perfect spot to go to nearest pubs and beaches and town. Highly recommended and would love to come again. Communication was amazing as well always happy to help

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Ellie’s Annex. It was a perfect mini home from home. We did bring a travel BBQ with us, that combined with Ellie’s facilities meant we were able to cook lovely meals as well as exploring her brilliant restaurant recommendations. The Annex was spotless and cozy. Perfect for us to both hang out on rainy days and explore the local areas / beaches for surfing. Would definitely recommend! X

We had a wonderful stay at Katie’s place. Lavender cottage is beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Katie was so helpful answering our questions about the holiday site and when we asked for a high chair which we’d forgotten to request ahead of time she dropped it round straight away. The place was beautiful, amazing views and perfect location with lovely coastal walks and a short walk to the harbour. The thoughtful additions of crayons and lawn games were lovely and our children enjoyed playing them. We were sad to leave and would have loved to have stayed longer! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Celebrated a hen party here and it was perfect. Thank you
