Our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. A home away from home! The cottage is lovely, cosy, and clean with plenty of space as a family of 6 and a dog. Giles was really helpful and we loved all the local recommendations and walks. The location is perfect. Can’t wait to return next year!

We had a lovely stay at the Barn. Steve and Tessa were great hosts and it was nice to meet the family pets too! The Barn was warm, comfortable and well equipped for our stay. It was in a superb location and we enjoyed being able to walk straight out on to the moors. Thanks for having us!

brilliant stay at poppy's barn. we're a family of 5 and it felt cosy and homely. the kids loved playing in the garden and slept well in their twin room. beautiful views and peaceful nights, we rested well in the house. in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring trebarwith strand beach at low tide. we visited tintagel, boscastle and port Isaac. great little villages near by. thank you for having us!

The views from Cider Barn are so beautiful. We watched a barn owl hunting over the fields at dusk and dawn and the sound of a tawny owl whit wooing as I was going to sleep was magical! The living room / kitchen / dining is light and open plan and when I was there the sun was streaming in from sunrise to sunset. Loved watching the sunset with the owl hunting! Really enjoyed my stay here. It's an old barn - so the floor boards are a bit creaky but it is a special place.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The accommodation was perfect and Sandra had thought of all the little extras including the best homemade biscuits! The little garden is just lovely and having the sheep, goats, pigs and chickens nearby to show to the children is such a bonus! The sense of peace and the beautiful views make this one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed :)

A lovely stay, had everything you could possibly need - we had two infants with us and loved the amount of space. Felt like we where out in the countryside but only 5mins from a big food shop. Lots of lovely walks nearby

We had such a lovely stay at the barn. The photos really don't do it justice, and I felt like we found a real steal. It was a great base for exploring Glastonbury and ham wall. The beds were comfortable and the house well equipped. We had a small issue with the WiFi and Michelle immediately responded to messages about it and sent someone over to look at it. We asked if we could check out half an hour later and Michelle kindly obliged. I really appreciated her flexibility and how seriously she takes hosting. We hope to stay again

Great getaway for us as a family of 4. Great to have all the animals, swings and games to play around us for the kids to be occupied and gave us time to relax in the setting around us. Truck was very comfy and was a great place to stay.

Sarah was just the best host. We had fresh baked sourdough our first morning which was so nice & a bottle of wine waiting on arrival. The place was amazing & so quiet. Truffles the family dog was a welcome visitor everyday & our 3 dogs adored him! he's very special. Location was great, we visited Bude, Tintagel, Port Isaac & Boscastle. Accommodation was fab, massive comfy beds, clean & very modern. We both loved how it had been decorated, really quirky. All in all we didn't want to leave & we miss Truffles already. Highly recommend & we'll be back x

I stayed at the Stables with my dog Maisie and we enjoyed a very chilled, peaceful time in lovely surroundings. The Stables look just like the pictures and Leanne is a very responsive and helpful host, with quick answers to questions I had at the time of my booking and in the run up to and during my stay. Knowing I was bringing my dog, there was a very thoughtful arrival hamper with scones, strawberries and cream for me and some dog cookies for Maisie, which certainly were very much appreciated by us both! The house guide is also very helpful and informative. St Marychurch and Babbacombe Downs with Oddicombe beach are within easy walking distance and have a number of dog friendly places to stop for a coffee and a cake. Great love and care has been taken with this converted cottage. Everything is 5* accommodation is immaculate, but still homely and the attention to detail amazing, from slippers and robes for the hot tub and milk, butter, tea bags and a delicious lemon cake !! Thank you Alan and Davina, we hope to be back Xx

This is a great house for large family gathering, so much space. All bedrooms a good size. Huge kitchen table and well equipped kitchen. Very quiet location We where there at Easter with the added bonus of lambs in the field behind the garden

Kieran’s place was great, it was clean and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was also lovely and it was so nice to have the hot tub! Kieran was a great host, very communicative and provided us with lots of information. I would highly recommend this place!

We loved staying at Greenlands Barn. the cottage was beautifully laid out and was warm and comfortable, Sarah made sure we had everything we needed. We used it as a base to enjoy the local area and to go on the West Somerset Steam railway. We saw a kingfisher and enjoyed a beautiful paddle up the river in the canoe. This Air b n b is highly recommended and other family members are interested in booking. Thank you Sarah

The place was exactly as described, very clean and the instructions were clear. We had a slight problem with the code to open the door, but Jenny immediately responded to aid us. The location is beautiful up a narrow lane, away from traffic, so very peaceful and there was enough room for our four cars. We enjoyed the outside space on the sunnier days. The facilities were perfect, all worked well, the open fire was a bonus as the weather was a little bit mixed. Note no logs are provided...so stop at local Spar to get some on your way to the house. A lovely little place to stay for a couple of nights - nothing really to do in the area so more for if you’re wanting to get away from it all. Very well equipped and clean. Excellent host, really friendly and great communication. Would definitely stay again if we were to travel back to the area. We were staying for a wedding at treetop escapes - very close to the venue

My stay at Frances’ was absolutely lovely- she made us feel very welcome from the offset! The place is very charming and homely- I’ll be back for sure if I return to this neck of the woods!

Super stay at this lovely cottage. Great upstairs /downstairs layout with huge space upstairs for socialising. Had everything we needed for a super easy stay for 4 adults and 2 dogs and kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home and enjoying the space. Enjoyed not being hit with a long list of house rules, super relaxed hosts and very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again as great area for exploring Devon.

An absolute gem! Stayed for a long weekend with my husband and our doberman. The property is lovely and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. We paid extra for the little hamper of local items and it was so worthwhile, everything was delicious. The property was well kept, comfortable. The bed probably one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The courtyard was perfect for us as it stopped our naughy dobie running off without us. The secure field was a godsend and meant our active dog could run and run and run every morning. A highlight for me was being able to feed the pigs with any food scraps each morning. A lovely stay overall. Our host was also excellent when we accidentally locked ourselves out on Easter Sunday. Highly recommend a stay here and hope to come back!

Lovely property very spacious for our family. Very rural and quiet. The track to it has to be driven fairly slowly . Laurence was very helpful with a couple of queries we had. Would recommend for exploring the north coast of Devon.
