Very clean and with the sunroom made the living room feel spacious. Really Great to have a parking space at the house especially being so close to the quay. Would recommend staying. Great location for getting around Exeter

Me and a colleague used this place as a base when we were working the local area, very peaceful and had everything we needed for our short stay.

This three story townhouse is situated very conveniently for Exeter city (10 mins walk), but with the added bonus of looking out onto the river. We enjoyed watching the swans and ducks. When we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of amenities for our short stay. There is a short walk to the allocated parking and the stairs in the house itself are steep (18th/19th century house?), so this wouldn't suit all people, but we had a lovely stay.

Very good location and big house, just what we needed. Close to the centre of town so walkable to all the main spots and also to the various stations. Nice bathrooms. Easy to check in and out. Good facilities.

Steve and Kasia were the perfect host this is one of the nicest Airbnb by far I’ve ever been in. My daughter and I shared the lovely room. Steve and Kasia were always available and helpful and so kind, they answered all of our questions, showed us the best places and were just so delightful. We plan on coming back next year and staying. Everything from the bed to the bathroom to the small kitchenette area was exactly as described and just perfect for a short or long stay I highly recommend their Airbnb, they are two the nicest people we’ve ever met. It felt like home❤️

Nice place close to the heart of Exeter with local shops in 2 minutes walk and a park opposite. Parking can be tricky outside but we managed to park outside the house every day and they have a garage a short walk away. Would definitely use again.

Really enjoyable stay. Great location, a very short walking distance to the quayside. Lots of cafes and restaurants and a co op a 7 minute walk away. The area was quiet and felt safe. Quayside was a really enjoyable place to spend time with various activities

We had a perfect stay over the weekend, was in a great location close to Exeter centre and lots to do around. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, the host was also very helpful with instructions for check in.

The apartment was perfect everything I needed was there and more. Absolutely spotless. The apartment is well set out to eat, sleep and relax. Close to all Exeter has to offer without being in the city centre. Eniko is a lovely host, helped me work the TV (I'm an old technophobe😂) and her response was within an hour. Highest recommendation 😃♥️

Very nice, well equipped flat with conveniant check in, however the building is currently being renovated and the sound insulation is not great so you hear a lot of noise from the works, the street, the hallway and the neighbors.
