Our family had a blast at John, Mark, Lauren and Julie's place. The house is beautiful and spotless, and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. They had lots of conveniences in the house such as starter sized detergent and dish soap-- even makeup wipes. The few times we needed to reach the owners, they were super responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. During our stay, the nearest public beach access was closed for construction, but the golf cart came in clutch to get to Bramble Grove public access just east on 30A. That area had plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and a ramp all the way down to the beach. There's a great little ice cream shop between the beach and the house. We would happily return to stay at their house anytime. Thanks, y'all!

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and we pretty much had everything we needed for the week. Emily was always very good about communicating. The outdoor showers were a favorite. The kids loved the pool and the deck was the perfect place to relax. The screened in porch made the perfect spot for breakfast/coffee. So many beach toys available and the bunk house is super cute. Beds are very comfortable. Only downside was the lighting isn’t great but that wasn’t really a problem for us.

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Great place and great host! The pictures shown do not do the place justice! We were shocked when we walked in. Very easy short walk to the beach too. Kids also caught plenty of bass in the pond out back.

We had a wonderful vacation in Florida and were lucky to stay at this beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully everything was arranged—down to the smallest details. It truly felt like a five-star hotel: spotless white towels, beautifully folded and plenty of them, including beach towels. The interior design of the house deserves the highest praise—the designer really did an amazing job. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and even a variety of spices, which made cooking a pleasure. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to stay here again in the future!

A beautiful place! My family of 5 LOVED this place. We drove from Chicago to a warm Florida beach and we could not be happier. The place is gorgeous and super clean. They provide everything you need for your stay-- more than enough clean and plush towels, coffee and tea, beach toys, etc. We had a rainy day during our stay-- no one complained! We played board games on the large dining table, cuddled in the cozy living room and watched a movie, picked up food from the Donut Hole next door, and read books before bed. The beautiful white sand beach is within walking distance or a 3-4 minute drive. The rooftop is great especially at night to watch stars. The whole family agreed that we should come back next year. Thank you!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The location was perfect—just about 20 minutes by car to Crab Island, and the view from the place was absolutely beautiful. It looked slightly different from the photos, and honestly, the pictures made it look even better than it actually was. The shared pool and gas grill were a nice bonus, though it would’ve been even better if the second-floor soundproofing was a bit stronger. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. This was a lovely place to enjoy our vacation—calm, cozy, and full of good vibes. Would definitely recommend!

The place is as described. It is very clean and orderly. Host is responsive and accurately gives directions and suggestions. We would stay here again.

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

The home was very clean and super comfortable. Alma and Michael had a binder filled with any and all information you may need. They were extremely helpful and super easy to reach if/when needed.

Absolutely perfect location. Bert’s place is so cozy and clean- I extended 2 days because I didn’t want to leave.

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!

This was a beautiful condominium. Our family enjoyed the gated complex and letting our teens roam with a sense of security.
