Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy our 3/2 home. It is modern styled. Equipped with a coffee nook, wireless internet, and fully equipped kitchen. Washser/dryer, iron/board, 1st aid and cooking/eating supplies are available. Master bedroom has queen, 2nd bedroom has full and 3rd bedroom is a sitting room. This fully ADA-compliant, cozy cabin offers all the comforts of home in a peaceful RV community. Unwind in our heated pool and hot tub, or enjoy a friendly game of billiards in the clubhouse. Stay active with access to pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes, or relax with a good book from our library. Bring your furry —our community features two dog parks for their enjoyment. For added convenience, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, perfect for guests.

With one bedroom one bathroom with a pull out sofa. It's ideal for individuals, couples, or small families. Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is only a 25-minute drive away. Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (SRQ) a little over a hour away. Then the Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) just at a hour away.

Relax in the country in our 2 bedroom home with views of horses, cows, donkeys, pond with water lilies, and occasional owl, fox, raccoon, deer, and turkey sightings. We are only 45 minutes from one of the top beaches in the US, Siesta Key, 10 minutes from the famous Arcadia antique district, and 15 minutes from shopping and the I-75 corridor that takes you up and down the west coast of Florida. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, look no further!

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

Take it easy at our private blueberry bungalow. Spacious 1/1. Perfect for a family getaway or even a work crew with plenty of truck equipment parking. The house is situated on 48 oak covered acres overlooking a cute blueberry farm. Our place feels so far a way from the fast paced life we are all accustomed to, but really it’s just a short trip from all the excitement. 20 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda or 20 minutes to downtown Arcadia. Fast Wi-Fi included

Step right outside your door into magical Historic downtown Arcadia. This charming house is a super spot for an amazing getaway. Large spacious queen bedroom, a second large bedroom with a Queen and a full. A cozy living room which doubles as 3rd bedroom with twin day bed with trundle, full kitchen and dining room to make your stay superb. And lastly step right out the dining room onto the deck with seating to extend your experience.

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
