Christiane and her husband were very hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcomed and felt blessed to share their beautiful space. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and peaceful experience.

We were higher than the clouds! Full of Nostalgia and character, this home was a budget friendly, warm and spacious home. It came well equipped and was private. The wood fire on the crispy nights was perfect. It is set in an amazingly beautiful forest on a big mountain. The drive is stunning and the trees and mountains and river views are spectacular and endless. Beautiful local produce and friendly locals.

Jane’s house was just fabulous for us. In the heart of Maydena, 300m or less from the entrance of the bike park. Very comfi house and cosy with the fire place inside and outside. Would highly recommend staying here :). Love to return our self too.

A truly unique place in stunning surroundings. Very conveniently located near MONA and the wildlife sanctuary with a couple of lovely wineries nearby. The comments from previous guests are accurate - one large living area so suitable for a family.

We had the most amazing month staying at Ian’s property. We have 2 kids ages 3 and 10 months old when I mentioned we needed a few things for our baby he was quick to jump and say we can supply that, saves you travelling with it. It felt like home and was so peaceful (being country people ourselves) I cannot fault anything with this beautiful little home and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a “farm stay”. We will be back one day in the near future. Thanks again Ian for everything.

Xanthe was a fantastic host very quick to respond and very helpful. This place is amazing. Had everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Beautiful views from the lounge room. Nice and close to the bike park. Great shed to lock bikes away. Will stay here again

Great accommodation with well equipped kitchen. Franklin is a good location to explore the area. We went down to the South Cape walk also the Caves and Skywalk. Super helpful host and apartment was well equipped with additional food items for us. Very comfortable.

We only stayed one night in this charming home but loved it. The maps had a hard time finding the place but Christine gave great directions . It has such a lovely cottage vibe with fun, eclectic decor—and the sheep outside were a bonus! The amenities were great, with coffee, milk, and even a luxurious spa bath. As we were on a hiking road trip, the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We felt really looked after and would definitely stay again!

The Bowmont is a special place. A place that is quiet in a world full of noise, and calm in world too busy to recognise that it needs to slow down. Thanks to our hosts, we were taken back to a simpler time, and provided a space where we could simply BE. We thoroughly enjoyed the local seasonal produce provided for our breakfasts, and relished in one anothers company. We found ourselves wanting for nothing more. Thank you, truly, for providing such a wonderful experience.

Jenny was unfortunately taken to hospital and did not receive our booking for the Edge Apt. We called her as we did not receive the key code for access. Jenny gave us the code and then arranged for the cleaning to be done. We were not really inconvenienced greatly. Jenny was apologetic despite her unfortunate situation. Sincerely hope that Jenny is better soon. Thank you Jenny - we enjoyed our stay in your comfy spot by the river!
