This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

House was beautiful and spacious, exactly as shown! The kitchen does have everything you need but was just a little light on cooking utensils for our big family. Place was very clean and conveniently located for our stay :)

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

The place was great for our family! Neat, tidy and homely, with lots of space for us to relax. It's super close to the beach and shops, and really easy to find and check in. Highly recommend it for a getaway. We'd love to go back one day and spend more time there!

I found this beautiful home from Lynn and instantly love it. I’m not a regular with AirBnb so I would never thought that the host could be so welcome and helpful to us. They are not only giving us a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, but also being a kind friend to us, giving us advices on the local activites. I will surely come back.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a long-term stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the appliances to the little touches that made us feel right at home. This is a perfect example of how a business should be run on Airbnb. The location is also fantastic — close to parks, great restaurants, and a large supermarket just across the street. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

Perfect place for a quick getaway out of the city for someone looking for a bit of nature. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony to add to the sense of wonder. Close to Yarra Valley winery region and other attractions.

It was a great stay, Tikali is a very responsible host and was kindly enough to allow us store our luggage during our trip to another city, really appreciate. She greeted us on the first and was always keeping in touch and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend her accommodation!

Nice little apartment in a good neighborhood in CBD. Communication was fine, as well as the apartment itself. Super clean, and everything whats necessary was there. We'd definitely book it again. Only drawback: Sometimes there was a disgusting smell (probably from the drain).

Donna was a lovely host. She was always making sure everythg was going well. The place itself was lovely - comfy bed, linen clean n crisp(no creased sheets). Would highly recommend this place. Thank you Donna for allowing me to stay and I hope to say again when I am down in Melbourne 😊again

An amazing host as she was always responsive. The cleaning agency maid did a poor job in cleaning and washing up but after notifying Una, she sorted it out and even provided a token of goodwill. We were unlucky that the weather was warm when we were in Melbourne city, so only 1 bedroom has an aircon, therefore we had to move the other double bed to the main room where 4 of us slept in the same room. Parking was tight for an SUV, much suited for a smaller car. Apart from that, the place is not really suitable for young infant or toddler.

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Joe for making our trip so memorable!

Stayed a couple of nights at the place and it has been very enjoyable, quiet and comfortable.

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place is amazing, has the vibes of quiet luxury while managed to make ones feel comfortable and cozy as a home, a wonderful way to see one's unique sense of aesthetics and artistic creativity are well articulated in every corner of the property.
