We arrived at Doug and Zuzu’s after a long flight and they were there to give us a warm welcome. They’d even got us a bottle of wine, cheese and biscuits to enjoy on our first evening. The accommodation is spacious, the kitchen very well equipped and the bed super comfy. It was immaculately clean everywhere. The lakeside location is beautiful and in a quiet neighbourhood. The rail station into Denver city is 4 minutes drive and rail journey takes 18 minutes. There’s also a large supermarket 3 minutes away. If we could give 6 stars we would, the only disappointment was having to leave for the next part of our journey. Thank you Doug and Zuzu for a wonderful stay.

We loved staying here! The space was so homey and full of all the amenities you could need. Bron was very responsive and so quick to help when we locked ourselves out. The neighborhood itself is so peaceful as well. If we make our way back, I’d definitely want to stay again!

Susan was a gracious and responsive host who made us feel right at home on her beautiful property! The views as incredible, it is quiet and peaceful, and we loved being able to see life on the farm!

For a house built in 1875, Betty has maintained a lot of its authentic elements while incorporating modern day conveniences for guests. The bathroom is quite large for an older house. The kitchen may be somewhat small but had everything you may need including a dishwasher. We loved the nice patio and wall mural outside the bedroom. The convenience to the park and downtown Golden and bike trails can't be beat. It is our favorite place to stay in Golden and Betty makes sure you have what you need!

Great place to stay! Very neat and clean. Located in a great area with plenty of things to do nearby. Barbara gave very clear instructions for check in and parking. It was a little loud due to the people above us, but other than that everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phillip’s home. We wanted to extend our trip after our wedding, and knew this location would be perfect for it. The house itself was even more beautiful than the pictures, and ideal for our large group. The views off the various decks are spectacular, and the location is truly one of a kind. Phillip and Paige were very thoughtful hosts, taking time to check in on us and even left us some local goodies for our wedding. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks Phillip and Paige! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

My friends were visiting Colorado and wanted to spend the weekend in nature, Stillwater was the perfect spot to unwind. The house comfortably fit eight adults, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the home itself was solidly built, everything felt high quality and thoughtfully designed. It’s just a 15-minute drive to restaurants and casinos, but honestly, we barely wanted to leave. The weekend we stayed, it snowed, and waking up to the most picturesque view—snow-capped trees and a frozen lake—was absolutely magical. The host was also flexible with checkin and checkout which was much appreciated.

This house was amazing. It was super clean, cozy, and welcoming. Getting inside was easy. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated that there were fans in both rooms that we could use. The kitchen was stocked and had many things, including seasonings and spices that I wouldn’t have expected to find there. The neighborhood felt so safe. We walked to the downtown area a few times during our stay. Even at night, we never felt unsafe. The downtown area and the light rail are only about a nine minute walk. That was amazing because we utilized the light rail. Downtown has great restaurants. Perfect location.

The Diamond T cabin is an absolute gem in the mountains of Colorado! From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The cabin itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The highlights for me were the outdoor hot tub and sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or skiing. Speaking of hiking, there are endless trails right behind the cabin, offering incredible views and plenty of adventure. For fitness enthusiasts, the garage gym is a fantastic bonus that lets you stay active even on vacation. The nearby river adds a serene touch, and it’s great for peaceful mornings or scenic walks. Plus, having a ski resort just 10 minutes away makes it ideal for winter getaways. This cabin truly has everything you need for an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re looking to explore the outdoors, relax in luxury, or hit the slopes, the Diamond T cabin delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our family and friends that came over to celebrate the newly engaged couple. Unique house, open family room and kitchen with views/sounds of the creek running under the house. Host was great at communicating and went above and beyond getting us a high chair and pack n play for my daughter's baby. She even got two brand new pots for the chili dinner. If you are looking for a unique place to stay it's hard to top this.
