Sandi's place is amazing!! At first I was a little hesitant because it is on the basement level, but the basement gets natural light and you have a huge space for yourself that is extremely clean and modern. The bed is suuuper comfortable and big and you get a modern kitchen and bathroom. There are restaurants nearby and ubering downtown is around 10-15$. Sandi is a fantastic host and was always attentive of my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend!!!

The location was ideal—tucked between the mountains and the city, which made exploring super convenient. The unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it was exactly as presented in the listing. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like bath products, a hair dryer with diffuser, and even lady essentials. There was plenty of privacy, but also a lovely sunny patio to enjoy when desired. The hosts were responsive and respectful of our space, and it was great to have a fan available for sleeping. A few quirks to note: while the space was clean and well-equipped, the sheets were a bit stiff and the window coverings let in more light than I prefer for sleeping. I’m also quite sensitive to smells and noticed a dog scent in the entryway and towels. Temperature control wasn’t accessible from the unit, which may be worth noting for guests who prefer to adjust the thermostat. Overall, a solid stay in a great location—I would recommend it!

This place was everything I needed. It was super clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The garage was clutch—it made coming and going so easy. The location worked perfectly, and everything was exactly as described. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location for our first weekend in Denver. Very walkable neighborhood, went to a baseball game, caught a shuttle to a show at Red Rocks, and ate delicious food without having to rent a car. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean and quiet.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Super cute and cozy place! You can feel the love poured into it. Mish was a great communicator with lots of small extra touches that made all the difference.

House well arranged with all that you need. Clean and neat. Easy to access. Well located. Rob is a very responsive host. Would stay there again if another opportunity arises.

I stayed at Raj’s beautiful place for 4 nights and I absolutely loved it. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual place. There was everything and beyond what I needed. Incredibly clean, quiet, safe. 15-minutes walk to the convention center. E-bikes and e-scooters available everywhere around the neighborhood. Very close to a huge grocery store to fill up your fridge. I truly felt at home, would absolutely stay again and can’t recommend enough.

The location was great you’re in walking distance of so much and it’s a quick drive to the convention center. Definitely will book again.

Julie's place was clean and as advertised. Plenty of space for myself and two friends. The rooftop deck was fantastic for relaxing with coffee in the morning and evening lounging. Centrally located so easy access to downtown Denver, but also close to cute neighborhoods. Would stay there again!

the place is perfect if you are traveling with dogs, they had a great fenced in yard . it's only 20 min away from Red Rocks too so it's a double win!

Hannah’s home is an absolute gem. Inside and out, the property is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, with an abundance of amenities. Our family felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. The design and comfort of the home absolutely exceeded our expectations. An excellent place to gather, wind down, and relax after a day of exploring. Hannah is exceptionally responsive, and we look forward to staying at her property again when in the area.

Great apartment- spacious, lovely view. Two livingroom areas. Small bedroom and bathroom but plenty of room in the apartment. Nice quality kitchenware and towels. Great hot water. Couch in front of window very nice for enjoying the view. Close to great restaurants. thorough instructions, easy check in . Highly recommend!

Rachel’s place was perfect for our Denver trip! The location is unbeatable, walkable and close to everything we needed. The home was super comfortable and incredibly well stocked, with a special shoutout to the high-quality, non-toxic household supplies, which we really appreciated. Ashley’s Perfect Place, was truly the perfect place. She was extremely accommodating as we had landed in early morning & she accommodated for us to check in early! The place was beyond spotless & felt like home. Always a pleasant & comforting atmosphere to return to especially with the winter colds! I would definitely check out Ashley’s Perfect Place as it really is the Perfect Place if you’re visiting the Aurora/Denver area.
