Yvory was extremely helpful! We booked our stay last minute and she was able to accommodate us seamlessly. She was very responsive and the place was clean and convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

Garage parking, simple instructions, clean and well designed space, responsive host, and secure entry and exit. We could walk to breakfast or take a short drive down to the lake. A nice little visit.

Great location many places and restaurants around. Only thing is parking could be a pain. Especially if you are a night owl like me. Definitely would recommend to pay for the parking spot JT offer. Clean and comfortable for my family. Will stay again.

It was a beautifully remodeled older building with high ceilings, beautiful hardwoods and exposed brick. Amazing master bath with 3 shower heads. Hated to leave.

KRD’s place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! The location was prime, check-in/check-out, was smooth and communication was exceptional. We left piece of jewelry behind and KRD’s response was so quick that we were able to pick up the jewelry and make it to the airport on time!

Great place to stay with our dog. The fenced yard and covered porch were perfect for her (and us!) to relax. Comfy bed and two bathrooms made for an at-home feel. Kitchen had everything we needed. And a garage for our car was just the best! Will certainly be back on our next visit.

Lovely home, fantastic and flexible hosts!

We had a quick stay and this location and home was perfect for our circumstance. We used the home to sleep in. My husband and cousin absolutely loved the firm mattresses. Everything was so clean and put in place perfectly. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay. Communication with the host was spectacular. Solange was responsive to all my many questions. Very polite and informative. A basket full of chips was available to us when we arrived, which was nice as a late night snack when we arrived! I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Denton!! P.S. Great place to walk! We made it to Egg House Cafe which was delicious and recommendation also!

Great place to stay. Wish there was a bigger seating sofa in the living space. The water sprinkler at the entrance is protruding and we tripped on it in the night and the bushes at the entrance needs some trimming. Other than this, the home is great with nice big backyard.

We had such a lovely stay in Richard’s home. We felt right at home the minute that we walked in the door. The house had everything that we needed to relax, cook all of our meals, work in a dedicated work space and just enjoy the beautiful trees in the backyard. It was also so quiet and clean. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind when we need to host in the Denton Area.

This is a beautiful house close to the UNT campus and stadium. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Matan was very responsive to questions and instructions. I would highly recommend this house.

Ryan’s place was my dog’s dream place with a huge backyard to fetch ball. The house was super cute and convenient to the square and UNT. The TV was key in the master bedroom and our family liked the huge TV and Simpsons arcade game in the living room. It was also great to learn about trap houses. Note, bring your own coffee and kettle if you’re tea drinker like me. 😀
