Take a sunset kayak paddle, then come back and grill out on the super chill patio, lay in the hammocks, or sit around the fire table for smores!I have two queen bedrooms, and one big beautiful sunroom with a pull out queen sofa. 2 living areas in this little cottage too!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Bayfront location! Just 20 steps to the beach! My place is close to restaurants and dining, amazing views, the city center, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). NOTE: Minimum stays of (2 days or more are required.) Special consideration for longer or shorter stays can be discussed upon booking. PLEASE read over all instructions before booking.

The home was created for that perfect couples getaway with it large comfy king bed on adjustable frame which looks one to barnyard doors. They open to an elegant chandelier lite soaking tub complete with the bubbles . On the his and her vanities you will find robes and towels for your use as well as other soaps and sundries ( robes are available for purchase). Of course there is also a shower and washer and dryer . Your 4 legged family are complementary but limited to 2 max 50lbs

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available.
