Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

The inn is walking distance to all downtown amenities including town beach, seasonal ferry terminals and public transportation.

This accommodation is part of Sesuit Harbor House, an award winning, full service inn, close to the beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches including Mayflower Beach. With two new memory foam topped queen beds, this room features wall to wall carpet, indoor/outdoor seating areas, and a full bath with tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, table and chairs, dishware and utensils. These rooms are on the second level.

Boutique 1950s Cape Cod motel

We are a small 1950s motel in a tranquil setting. You drive up to your room. We offer breakfast, housekeeping, and have guest laundry and vending and ice. Every room has a frig, microwave, coffee and tea service, and bath amenities. We offer suites with kitchenettes but these you book directly with us. You have to be 21 to rent a room, we are no pet-friendly, and 100% non-smoking. There are places to smoke. Office is open 6am-10pm. You can check-in after, just let us know.

We are located on the Shining Sea Bikeway in Falmouth, across the street from Goodwill Park, a short walk to the Steamship Authority. Guest are welcome to take bikes over to Martha's Vineyard for day excursions. Beach passes are available, 139 private & public beaches to choose from.
