Centrally located self-contained 1 Bed Studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. Next to a Karri reserve with outdoor sitting area. Easy 5 min walk into town with private entrance and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing Denmark base. Features reverse cycle AC, queen bed, smart tv, lounge, tea/coffee, cereals, filtered water, BBQ, games, books & gym. The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

Surrounded by beautiful scenic walks through the karri forests on inlet. See the wild life from large decking area. ( Not suitable for unsupervised children as it has a high decking and the house is built on granite )

The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a l mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses.
