If you are visiting Denali National Park this is the place to stay. The Coho Cabin is absolutely beautiful. I flew into Anchorage, rented a car and drove to this cabin. I stayed my first two nights in Alaska here and I don't think there will ever be a better place to experience. Wow! The cabin is so nice inside. It was way above and beyond my expectations. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The bed was so comfortable, the heater kept it warm and cozy and the kitchenette met all my needs. There was plenty of water available. I made coffee each morning and filled several travel liters before leaving. The artwork in the cabin is beautiful. Original stained glass, paintings and pictures of Denali National Park and wildlife. The art is inspiring. Michelle, the host, was wonderful. She is the nicest person and she provided great recommendations for groceries, weather, adventures and Denali Park conditions. She made this the best experience. Highly recommended

Perfect space for my son and I on his senior trip. Quiet, secluded and fully equipped home. Kitchen fully stocked with all utensils, spices and needed items. BBQ was clean and easy to use on the patio. Full laundry capabilities with all soap and dryer sheets provided. Beds were both very comfortable and every room had a high powered ceiling fan. Home is a short drive from Denali National Park and the grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. Since we stayed just before peak season, many of the local restaurants and shops were not open for the season near the park but there appeared to be plenty of variety when they are in season. We would certainly come back and stay here again, home was well worth the value with beautiful views outside all around.

Fabulous views, super cozy and well supplied with all the kitchen and washroom needs PLUS extras for outdoor recreation needs too (sunscreen, bear spray, first aid kits, etc.) Appliances worked great - love that others left behind cooking oils, coffee, spices, etc. to pay it forward if little things are forgotten. Fabulously hot shower and even though small, it had great water pressure. Fun watching the neighbor take off and land from the lake each day too. Bald eagle hanging out by the lake was cool to see. Highly recommend as a base camp for Denali Highway, Denali park area.

This is a rustic space in beautiful surroundings. It was cozy and the bed was comfy. It’s about 20 min south of Denali national Park so convenient for those visiting. We saw moose along the road not far from this place both mornings.

The location of this cabin is perfect. Within short walking distance to the Alaskan Coffee Bean for good coffee every morning. The grocery store is a few minutes drive down the road. Denali National Park is also a short drive away with beautiful views. The cabin itself is very clean and has just about everything you’ll need if you choose to cook during your stay. There is a little bit of noise from the main road but it wasn’t disturbing at all. Beds, pillows, blankets are all very soft and comfortable for a goods night sleep after a long day at the park.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at the white moose lodge in Healy! It wasn’t anything special in terms of hotel rooms, but it was absolutely spotless and in beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed eating at the 49th state brewery which is just right across the street and the Three Bears (grocery/gas/liqour) was right up the street. We loved being so close to Denali without being right inside Denali park for both the price and the privacy. We highly recommend!

The cabin was so so cute. Perfect stay for my husband and I for a few days. Only 20min on a scenic drive to Denali Park. We were able to see the Aurora in the night during our stay in September just from the view off the porch facing N NW. And they have running water, toilet, and a small shower. The bedroom is up a ladder staircase and was fun for us, but could be challenging for others.

We stayed there for one night, passing through to see Denali National Park, David’s place was conveniently located, had a beautiful view, quiet and spacious. The road to get there is a dirt road which is a bit more challenging in the winter road conditions due to ice, but overall I would highly recommend this place!!
