The cabin is a destination all on its own. Fish from the pier or banks on the privately managed eight-acre lake. There is a john boat which is quite old, uses paddles, and is in fair shape (feel free to bring your canoe or john boat.). A paddleboat and paddleboard are available for guest use and swimming. Enjoy walking the property and visit the onsite hoop house and orchard for free seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have fun by the outside fire pit roasting marshmallows with friends and family!

Peaceful country Cahaba River estate in Heiberger, Alabama. Enjoy a weekend stay before heading to Tuscaloosa for a University of Alabama football game, only 55 miles northwest. Excellent for hiking, mountain biking, drone clubs, family picnics and wildlife photography, fall foliage, ATV riding, archery. There's an old farmhouse at southeast end of hayfield. Cahaba River access, 1,900 feet of riverbank within estate property line. Estate is located within the Appalachian foothills.

The pergola has propane firepit & charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Look from the living room windows & you'll see horses grazing!
